I love my gran latissima. Makes perfect coffee every time. It's like having a barrista in your kitchen.

I love my machine easy to use, clean and great coffee every morning

Bought this machine about 3 years ago. Milk frother stopped working and it went back for repair. It then promptly stopped working again.

We purchased this approx 1 month ago as a replacement for the old lattissima we had had for about 8 or 9 years and so far we aren't impressed.

                  The milk frother pours water into the cup on the first coffee after the milk frother is attached to the machine and every coffee seems to taste a little strange.
                  The old machine was bullet proof until it died of exhaustion and the new model which we were really hoping would be a like for like replacement is just not in the same class. There is little to anything about the machine that doesn't feel like it will break at the first opportunity and from a name like delonghi it is quite disappointing.

The milk frother on this machine is useless, sometimes takes 3 goes to get milk instead of steam and hot water. Have already sent it back for repair once, worked for a couple of weeks but started doing same. Really disappointed

Machine appears to have a mind of its own. Cappuccino is more like a macchiato in size, capsule size is really only suitable for making espresso shots. Cannot find any meaningful instructions online. What a disaster.
