I purchased the Pro 5 cameras almost 3 months ago to replace Pro 2 cameras which were at the end of their life. Very pleased with them. Very good battery life. God clear pictures.

I was recommended these by a friend and I’m glad he told me about them. I have 4 pro 5s and 3 of the spot lights all very good and the charge lasts ages

We have had Arlo systems previously and the Wi-Fi range was much stronger with the older set.

Old set much easier to set up and we did not know a subscription was required making set up very difficult and significant extra running costs.

The new wall fixings are not easy to use when charging batteries. The magnetic type was a much better option! Coverage distance has been reduced by approx 40 percent.

The earlier versions which used non rechargeable batteries were very expensive to maintain and more difficult to fit back into place! The pro 5 however is much easier to maintain and recharge, no fiddling with positioning. Battery definitely lasts longer than the earlier models and picture quality a definite improvement! Definitely suggest upgrading.

I researched cameras over many months and am so pleased to have purchased the Arlo wireless cameras with the added facility of wired in attachments. The quality is amazing, they are weather proof (not weather resistant) so even with the hardest rain, they are still excellent pictures, without losing clarity. The storage is also a valuable addition. Highly recommended.

I spent quite a long time searching around for a good camera setup, eventually settling on Arlo. I have been impressed with the quality of the hardware, although this is slightly offset by the somewhat quirky software. For example, I had difficulty preventing the camera from being activated by sound. You would think that turning the microphone off would do the trick, but apparently not. I can't remember the steps I had to go through to eventually achieve this, but it wasn't obvious. Since we live in a windy area, this has made a big difference to battery life of the camera, which I can now say lives up to the claims made by Arlo. Before this, it managed to drain the battery by 50% in 48 hours.

Due to the above, I had turned off the spotlight to save battery, but it still takes excellent night videos, albeit monochrome. I'm also very impressed with the ability to ignore motion outside of defined areas. I'm very conscious of not wanting to intrude on our neighbours privacy, and this feature manages that very well.

It is nearly impossible to take the camera off for recharging without disturbing it's position, which means that the privacy zones have to be tinkered with every time. In the end, I bought a long USB extension lead so that I can leave the camera in situ while it's charging. Arlo might like to give some though to improving the mount in this respect, but it isn't a huge issue.

All-in-all, I'm a happy customer.

The quality of this camera is excellent and allows WiFi connection even it you have an Arlo Hub. So mixing new and old! The 3 bundle pack ios great value too

I have had the camera for nearly 4 months, still running on the same battery after the one charge. It has stayed connected for the whole duration, and my only angst is the automation since the app upgrade, it is not at all intuitive.

Whilst this camera was great - it then failed just outside of the guarantee, camera was failing to charge,for the cost I would of expected a longer life span , so whilst quality of pictures was great , quality of product was not

I have had it for some time now and it is a great camera with great features.

The battery life lasts for 1-2 months depending on use (only using it at night can last up to 3-4 months), the ability to use different operating modes is excellent, and it activates only by motion. Arlo's recordings are also excellent. In my opinion, it has a nice design and useful tracking features. One of the best features of every Arlo camera is intelligence - currently the best in its class. AI Alerts allow you to be notified only of people, animals, vehicles or packages if you wish – or all traffic.

You can also configure it to detect sound, which not all security cameras do. And it can tell you if it can also hear smoke alarms, which is a handy safety feature.

The option of multiple activity zones is useful, thanks to which you do not receive a notification every time a tree branch undulates, and the camera cooperates with Alexa, so you can watch recordings on Alexa-enabled screens, configure motion notifications on Echo speakers and use the motion in the camera, to start the routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arlo pro 5 is a superb security camera! It took us 3h to fully charge and is still working (over month). Night vision, perfect sharp and crispy image quality even during the night and lots of other features. Subscription is just few pounds per month and you can get even more, like movement tracking, vehicle or animal detection etc. in the box you will find the camera, magnetic wall mount, plugs, screws, instructions and magnetic charger with is also amazing. The camera also works with Amazon Alexa.

We will consider Arlo brand for next security equipment purchase.

Very quick and easy to install and also set up on phone was amazingly simple . All 3 of us siblings have it on our phones now for watching .A clear warning of anyone on the drive . Have taken off noise as it was so sensitive it was picking up the birds singing . Clear recordings ,good value and quick and easy to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this set up to cover the front of our house. It has great video quality and a wide angle. I'm particularly impressed with the night mode. It is really easy to set up and connect with the app. We have had a few strangers on the estate recently checking peoples cars and I can see them walk right past my house so I think it really does help deter those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now used this spotlight camera for 4 weeks and I am very impressed. After removing from box and charging. Which to about 3 hours I set up the camera via the Arlo app. The process was straight forward and I had the camera working very quickly. There is a lot of setting that can be change for personal preference . To get these right for me it did take a couple of days to set the camera to cover the area I wanted to protect. The more functions you enable like Light, Siren ETC does cause the battery to drain quicker. Fixing the camera was easy as well . 3 strews hold the bracket in place. Battery life will depend on functions enabled. 1 charge for me with most functions working lasted for 3 weeks. Smart looking and not too big. Will think of buying 1 more to cover a different area of my home.
