I bought a 43” tv a few years ago for my bedroom which I didn’t use that much mainly because the quality of the picture was not great. I decided to replace it with this Sony TV and am so happy I did. It was easy to set up and easy to affix to my wall bracket, a job I managed on my own. The quality of picture and sound is so much better, as are the available features like airdrop and google compatability.

Very clear picture, good sound. Easy to use.

Good value for money

It often takes a while to find network despite being on an ethernet cable direct to router. Picture quality is disappointing and sound is dull.

Do.not think this model is as good as the previous model, programme selection over complicated.

A very good TV set,as always a great product,all my TVs have been Sony,so I will always stick with them

Had this tv just over a week now still discovering all the new things it has built

in to it.The Picture is really brilliant and clear .Can't comment on the sound as we have a sony sound bar

Fantastic Tv,the picture is crystal clear and has everything you could want from built in apps and two remote controls to chose from,very easy to use we are very happy with the it and it’s connected to a 7.1 speaker system and Denon amp and really put the icing on the cake with it having Dolby vision.

Very happy with my purchase. This is a great television - picture is superb as is the sound quality.

What I really love is the Google operating system - easy to navigate and quick to respond.

Screen kept going black until eventually it just failed to show any picture at all, only audio.Less than 2 years old.

The television is very good indeed. Crystal picture and it was easy to install. Sound good too. Size just right in our room. For the price the quality is very good value.

Only one minor problem, the feet were too wide apart to fit on our tv table so we will have to buy a new one, or a bracket for the back with a pedastal stand. Something which might need to be taken into consideration for other prospective buyers or for Sony to consider for future sets. Perhaps offer an alternative. But that doesn't detract from it being a good set.

WiFi often doesn't work and you cannot adjust the TVs sound settings

Bought this 2 weeks ago and its an on television. It takes quite a long time for the channel to change over and its not the brightest of picture.

I delayed getting a Smart TV for a long time as my 16-year-old TV was still going strong, but I finally made the decision to buy and am so glad I chose this model. By the end of my first day with it, I was already finding my way round it and shortly, after buying some inexpensive adaptors, I got my older equipment working through it as usual. The Sony online help feature was very good, giving me answers to a few questions I had.

It's a great TV and I'm very impressed with it. The picture quality is outstanding and the sound is fine too, although I've already connected it to my surround system, where it's amazing. It's good to have access to so many Apps as well, including BBCi Player and many others. Previously I was only using them through the computer. If you think this TV is for you, don't hesitate to buy

Not the easiest tv to use....and you cannot get all the apps channels unless you give permission for third party companies to access your personal data...wish I'd bought Samsung with freeview..they even want you to agree to their terms and conditions to send this review....so More junk mail ... I won't be buying any more Sony products for this reason

A revelation as this TV is twice as big as my old one. Picture quality and sound are both excellent. Easy to set up and the whole system works well

Having used the t.v. for 2 weeks I find the picture superb, sound very good but the

Channel changing on the remotevery slow compared to my previous t.v.

Overall I am pleased but oh the legs are so ugly.

Really pleased with the TV, had a number of Sony TV's. They are reliable , excellent picture and sound quality.

I'm overall pretty happy. I would be happier if the TV and BluRay controls weren't crossed as I use BT player for music and don't want the TV turning on too. Picture is great and sound impressive

Had a Sony tv for 13 years without a problem with it so upgraded again with Sony and hopefully this one will do as well for me
