I bought this as my first flat panel TV. I a music enthusiast and was looking for good picture and in built sound.

I make use of little technology thus simple and efficient.

This is absolutely perfect and I am enjoying it every day.

Picure and sound are first class

The remote controls are not, it's difficult to lock onto apps and TV channels and frequently drops the station and says something went wrong. ( Not my WiFi )

The picture quality on this tv is far superior to other brands I have purchased in the past. The menu system is far bette also as it gives more options to fine tune, I also went on the advice of a tv engineer who told me that Sony are the most reliable tvs.

We changed our LG tv which was only 8 months old and rubbish back to this Sony which is so much better, quality, sound, value and easier to use.

We always have sony but budget was tight so opted for the LG, big mistake.

Good picture although sometimes there is a green tint in the picture..A bit complicated to set up (I am 89 though), and there is no access to Teletext/Ceefax

Having had my previous Sony TV for over 18 years I decided to stick with Sony and could not be happier with my new TV excellent picture quality, easy to set up and easy to use.

I bought this for my mum who has poor eyesight.

The picture quality is excellent, the screen bright and the sound clear. It has improved her viewing experience greatly

The TV stopped working after 2 years of use. If you want a TV that has a long life buy any other brand. Total waste of money

Great tv colours and sound are really good unfortunately I toppled my first tv off my unit. I had to replace it I purchased the exact same model. I have a Samsung tv but prefer this model.

It fantastic sony does me proud all the time day after day

Laite kadottaa toisinaan joko kaikki tai osan tv kanavien viritystiedoista. Satelliitikanavilla ongelmia ei ole esiintynyt.

Laite käynnustyy verkkojännitteen palauttamisen jälkeen hyvin erikoisesti, joka kerta vähän eri tavalla. Saatta käynnistyä jollekin tv kanavalle hetkeksi ja sen jälkeen siirtyä Google tv:n päämenulle. Käynnistminen on muutenkin tuskallisen hidasta. Uutisten katsomista varten pitää tv käynnistää 5 min etuajassa. Toteutus on tv käyttöön ala-arvoista ja varmasti toteutettavissa fiksumminkin. Kanavien viritystiedot ovat varmasti koneen muistissa, joten tv toiminto pitäisi aktivoida ensin ja vasta sitten lähteä seikkailemaan nettiin!

Sometimes a bit difficult to navigate round it's features having trouble turning off surround sound as it is so annoying getting bass sounds thumping IE some one walking across a hard floor the sound of the footsteps sometimes overpowers the dialogue and I can't find a way to turn surround sound of

Had this for a while now, won't retain the programme info from 1 day to the next, have to switch off then on to reboot it every morning.Lost all my saved stations so had to do a factory reset to get them back but local BBC and ITV are incorrect as it shows the local ones are London(300 miles away). Checked satellite dish and it hasn't moved from the marks I scribes on the morning bracket when it was 1st set up so down to the television. Always rated Sony products and when my LG finally gave up bought this one but not impressed due to the niggles.

I will put this simply. Sony is the best TV manufacturer. A great TV, great price and full of apps and add ons. Just buy it and enjoy the quality for many, many years.

Best tv I’ve ever purchased! So many upgrades to my last one the picture is sublime in 4K,you view all the latest apps don’t even need a fire stick as apps built in! Quality tv Sony is the best always has been,thank you

Without doubt it is the best tv we have ever bought the picture is so clear and precise .Its the first time u have had a Sony TV but my wife just fell in love with it and the easiness of using it .which id gone for the bigger model now 😂

Excellent picture, sound, and easy to set up. It replaced the same type of TV as before, Which got smashed when trying to move it.

Very good tv. The tv although 50 inch fits on my small table perfectly because of the distance between the feet

I bought a 43” tv a few years ago for my bedroom which I didn’t use that much mainly because the quality of the picture was not great. I decided to replace it with this Sony TV and am so happy I did. It was easy to set up and easy to affix to my wall bracket, a job I managed on my own. The quality of picture and sound is so much better, as are the available features like airdrop and google compatability.

Very clear picture, good sound. Easy to use.

Good value for money

It often takes a while to find network despite being on an ethernet cable direct to router. Picture quality is disappointing and sound is dull.

Do.not think this model is as good as the previous model, programme selection over complicated.

A very good TV set,as always a great product,all my TVs have been Sony,so I will always stick with them
