Have only had the machine 3wks and has stopped frothing the milk for cappuccino very disappointed. Sending out a new carafe but have to wait until mid December!! Asked about sourcing from elsewhere but I would have to pay for it.

I love the Elleta Explore coffee machine, it is such an amazing product. I have purchased it 3 weeks ago and, I love it!. This machine starts my day with a boost, and made my every morning coffee easier and convenient.

Don’t waste your time with Delonghi. I bought this in June and they can’t figure out how to fix their app so I can use the Bluetooth functionality. Not only is the coffee lukewarm warm, but’s no upgrade to my 2018 version of the machine. I have spent HOURS on the phone to Delonghi and many emails since July, being told they will call me with a resolution. Now at the point where I will be returning the machine to their warehouse. I’ve lost all faith in Delonghi and will be looking elsewhere now.

I don't drink coffee but I bought the machine for my hubby and he absolutely loves it. He is usually a 1 cup a day person but lately with the ease and quality of the coffee this machine makes he has enjoy an extra cup every now and then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this coffee machine for 4 months and it’s very temperamental. It malfunctions without fail every time we try to adjust the grinder settings. The milk temperature doesn’t reach very high temperatures so if you like your coffee really hot I wouldn’t recommend it. The milk isn’t smooth or creamy like a cafe or like you could produce yourself if you had a manual machine, it’s just heats it and does a more foamy froth. It rinses A LOT so constantly needs to be refilled with water. And if you accidentally tap the wrong button and cancel, it wastes the coffee it has just ground so we’ve wasted a lot of expensive coffee beans since having this machine. The only good thing about it is it’s just the touch of a button for a coffee. Not the best coffee, but it’s easy.

As a single parent of a high needs kid I don't get to have very many "just me" things or moments and so this coffee machine was a present to myself. I've had it for over 12 months and it has not failed me once.This probably sounds a bit over the top but the delight this coffee machine gives me by making the most outstanding coffees for me daily without missing a beat and for my friends and family when they drop around is beyond words. I love being able to whip up a cappuccino for one, a cold brew for someone else and a hot chocolate for the kids and my own favourite flat white or latte (or cold brew cappuccino in summer) and even an iced coffee for the tradies. My friends say that I make the best coffee in this city that's a big call (there's a a lot of coffee in this town) but I secretly agree with them. People have sampled my coffee from this machine and then purchased a DeLonghi coffee machine themselves. It's so easy to navigate, even my son has his own favourite settings for his hot chocolates and teas which he makes himself and is extremely proud of the fact. Thanks DeLonghi you really hit the jackpot with this one.

My family and I are very happy with our purchase. Easy to use, great coffee, comes out hot (or cold for the cold brew) and well worth it, especially with the cost of take away !

A perfect cup every time, from flat whites, to short blacks, to excellent cold brews and everything in between. Easy to clean and maintain.
