The new features, especially the touch screen allows easy input to customize coffee drinks whether they be hot, or cold (new feature) ! Testament to this coffee maker is the number of coffee requests I receive from family & friends when they visit - in fact my youngest daughter believes it (me ?) make the best cappucino ever ! I will be very happy if it provides 10 years of service similar to our old machine as it's simply a great product if you like coffee drinks - made the right way !

I was always hesitant to try automatic coffee makers as they typically struggle to make a genuinely strong and decent espresso, but as a massive coffee addict and enthusiast I can vouch for the quality of this machine. The Elletta Explore is a beautiful high quality machine and so easy to use!! All you have to do it plug in the milk carafe and select the coffee you would like, it is so easy to use and the settings on the machine are very convenient, you can create profiles and adapt settings such as strength, etc. Highly Recommend!

We have individual profiles set up (which was not a feature we were looking for) and we all highly rate this function. I can quickly and easily chose from my favourites, helpful because there are so many coffee options, sizes and intensities. It’s great to get it how you like and save it as yours. I was drawn to this machine because of the cold brew function and I was not disappointed. It makes great tasting cold coffee, quite different in flavour to the hot brew coffee. I love it. I also highly rate the ‘To Go’ function, the machine fits a large keep cup and brews the perfect amount. Something I didn’t think about though was the water capacity. It could be larger (for our family of 4) , but honestly that wouldn’t stop me from purchasing this machine again. It’s really excellent.
