[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing quality tv. Had for a few months now and sound and perfect are faultless. The TV actually fell off the wall recently and not one slight bit damage to the screen… not sure if that’s amazingly good luck or shows just how well made it is!

I got this TV and spent a lot of money on it to make sure we had a good tv that would last. It’s a great TV providing you do not want to see what’s on as the TV guide is shocking! It worked ok to begin with then it just goes blank and tries to make you feel it’s doing something by having a small grey spinning circle but it’s a chocolate teapot as it never works. Then all tech tips tells us we are at fault for using You Tube on it too much. So we wipe it to factory settings and in 24 hours it’s back to normal guide again. Apparently it’s a common problem with LG so my suggestion is go old school and get a Radio Times - blooming useless! TV guide works every so often but for a limited time only and you cannot scroll beyond what is how. On screen at that time. Worthless!

I have really loved this TV, quality is great, it looks neat, OS is intuitive and doesn’t try to over complicate .

Amazing tv, size is phenomenal, and great that it has a good processor to run it.

Bought the TV which has a lovely image and expected the best build quality. However, after just less than 2 years later it started having power issues, and since the TV is now out of any warranty, the quote to repair the tv from LG was almost the price of a brand new one. Do some research you will see that the power issues are common. Very Disappointed.

Now looking for a new TV

Bought to replace my aging (But still awesome) LG CX 55".

Very similar specs but just enough improvements to warrant the switch.

The C2 is perfect as a PC Gaming screen (1440p@120hz) paired with my RTX 4070, and watching Movies at 4K@120hz.

Colours deep and vibrant out of the box, and a little tweaking to personal preference make the C2 a keeper.

Great TV but the new update has removed google home and Alex feature so some of the key selling features have been removed and dead buttons on remote now. Screen quality and everything else is superb but some of the key features I used for a nearly a year now have been removed from a new update.

Needed new tv and having had LG before decided to buy the OLED tv. Picture quality is very good. Works very well with the sound bar.

Its brilliant, Great colors, The colors are impressive, the black is really deep, the sound quality is also good, I wish I had taken the soundbar because it would have been perfect, And most importantly, together with the ps5 console it looks amazing, perfect for playing

Picture great but connectivity poor. Excellent picture, but simply won't connect soundbar via EArc. Never had any issues with two Samsungs previously. Seemingly lots of others have the same issue when looked online. However, just cannot fix. So, thinking of returning the TV.

Worst Tv what ive ever bought picture has a white line from top just after the black bezel had a replacement panel and still no different . So its either the main board or firmware issue . The tv design looks okay that's about it . Looks okay when you close up to the screen .When you sit back from the tv that is when you see the dreaded white thin line at the top and its bugs the hell out of me as i know its there . Must be LG OLEDS they have a issue of some sort either firmware or main board or something else .

A great TV. Superb image, easy to set up. Great sound too, although I am using it with a soundbar.

Overall is great but 2 stars are deducted because of the short tenor of warranty a dn also the earc not compatible somehow with my sound bar which I noticed similar issue happened to other users.

Second tv with darker spots from the first day of use.

My experience so far is not great at all and I am thinking to change the LG brand with Sony or Samsung.

My best TV so far. It is simple to use, and the quality is wild. Also, the OS is pretty efficient and fast.

The colors are vibrant, the deep blacks from the OLED make games or videos very immersive.

Bought this tv six months ago and loved it, until lg decided to update the sound settings with wow-orchestra. Now, the sound is shocking and the only way to resolve the issue is by changing the sound setting every time you switch it on as they are default.
