Irritatingly, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS that come with these, to enable you to set them up with a device. Trial and error eventually got it attuned to my laptop and TV.

           Sound quality is subjective and surely depends on a person's hearing. To me, the base level is overpowering on some music I listen to and vocals are lost in the music particularly where the singer has a more mellow tone to there voice. I will admit to being 66, and have tinnitus, so that may defract soundwaves somewhat. 
           I also discovered by trial and error, you have to hold the on/off button  down for about 5 seconds to perform either function. On the plus side, I can move about the room and my other half cannot hear what I'm listening to; she has different tastes in music to me.

Wish I hadn't wasted my money, very poor sound quality. Disappointing for a Sony product.

Alright, but problems accessing the app otherwise the headphones work, but the voice telling the charge is indistinct

I got these headphones expecting great things, instead I got an underwhelming pair of cheap headphones. The ones they were meant to replace are superior. The app to set the EQ is good but too much fuss AND I can't find one setting to fit my hearing preferences. A great gift for someone who wants Sony because of the name and not great if you care about sound quality.

My husband is delighted with these headphones, and I am pleased, because it means I can read quietly whilst he is watching television. There is one problem; he says the sound is so good that he actually feels as if he is in the crowd at the football match. Unfortunately, this leads to him singing and chanting along with the fans. There goes my peace and quiet!

I am very happy with the product.it is not heavy and good battery quality as well.

Look very nice however I have purchased as a Christmas gift so at this point I'm unable to comment on quality and sound, but I would imagine I my gift recipient will not be disappointed as I feel Sony is a pretty reliable brand

I like the product. Great sound quality, fast charging and nice colour. Next time I will go for a different size but that is personal choice.

Love the design with Luffy and the strawhats pirate badge on it. Been using it for almost a month and the battery life is very good.

I preordered it in October and had it in December hahaha it was worth it though.
