Due to the ability of the buds to swivel, the buds are susceptible to breaking away from the headset itself if dropped at the wrong angle. This has personally happened to me but I bought the headset again because I loved it so much.

The pro's: The audio quality, and ability to mute by moving the mic towards to the top are great.

The con's: If you were these for longer than 30 minutes, your ears will hurt. Perhaps it's because they're new and are tight fitting, you will notice that after a while your ears hurt. I found myself moving the placement of the headphones to help reduce the pain. This is no different than other headphones that are brand new. I'm hoping that with enough usage, the tightness will reduce and not hurt as much as when they are brand new.
