I was looking for a reliable power bank for my laptop, and this one fits the bill. It's a great product that provides reliable power to my laptop and can even charge my phone at the same time. I like the built-in USB-C cable that really makes it a very convenient way to reduce the amount of items carried when traveling and working remote.

I bought this power bank two months ago and it.is no longer functional. Single LED flashes but won't acct a charge. Tried to contact customer support but am told the Serial Number is invalid. Super frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is capable of charging my X1 Yoga and give me an extra three hours work time on the laptop. It's heavy but given the capacity, quite reasonable. The only negative thing is it becomes very warm when it charges the laptop.

I tried reading the manual on how to turn off the power bank, but no manual was found just a quick start guide that doesn't say anything about this issue. The battery indicator keeps blinking every few minutes. So even if you charge it fully without plugging anything into it, the battery will drain about 25% each day. I didn't realize this when I bought it. Would not recommend.

As not a technie, nice to have the peace of mind that this won't hurt my laptop because it's compatible and directly from the manufacturer.

It did charge fast (charged my midrange laptop in about 50min) but did use up nearly the entire energy bank in the Go. I don't know if this is typical.
