Don't consider this monitor if you have some vision issues. It has serious backlight flickering causing blurry vision, headaches and vertigo. Flickering is very obvious in either of the picture modes provided by monitor menu (even 'reader' one). I tried different connection options (usb, hdmi) from different laptops. I can see this flickering even when no input is connect just from the monitor menu. Googling the problem it seems like the issue is with the IPS panel indeed. So if you have sensitive eyes - better look for something else.
