A big design improvement on our 2006 model which has died through old age and great use. The tools are excellent. Welll priced too.

I have e-mailed you twice and got no reply then phoned you twice but the person who answered my call put the phone down on me both times. I have also tried to register my new one but it keeps putting me through to the sales page. I will be surprised if I hear from you after you receive this review

Very pleased with my new KitchenAid food processor!

I have only made pesto so far but am very impressed with it’s power and how quiet it is.

It replaces my previous 45 year old one and is a perfect accompaniment to my KitchenAid food mixer!

Good quality food processor. I bought this as a replacement for the 2.1L food processor.

Good looking item but very heavy

After just a few uses the blade dug into the bowl and something snapped internally.

My main frustration has been with the company.

Impossible to contact, email contact bounced back saying they cannot respond to email and provide you with a contact number that goes unanswered.

Once I did get through a return was arranged then I waited over a month for any further update.

I started a chargeback and low and behold an email was received saying the item would be replaced!

I have other kitchen equipment and I have to say I am underwhelmed.

Another excellent product from KitchenAid. Be careful as the blades are extremely sharp!!

Excellent for making butter icing , no mess . Love the way lid is removable and 2 speeds

The machine is good quality, well made and is well designed in terms of its construction. However, at least so far, I have been a bit disappointed with its performance. Dicing carrots, celery and onion fails to chop everything with quite a lot of large wasted pieces being left over. Grating, even with the larger grater, tends to mash onions again leaving quite a lot wasted. The shape and size of pieces tend to be a bit unpredictable. I need to persevere with this, but so far I’m not overly Impressed with the performance.

Brilliant kitchen addition, does the job really good

Really sturdy food processor with a great range of attachments, used a few times already, for making pizza dough and home made coleslaw - sliced up the cabbage in no time at all. All stores away inside the jug too, which keeps everything really tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Product is great and a massively improved design from the old model. Intuitive to use. Capacity for dough kneading is less than 400g of flour which is a shame as much less than overall capacity. Blade and accessory storage is neat but not practical if you use it a lot. Overall positive. Am hoping it’ll last longer than the old model which I eventually got a refund for but only after weeks of wrangling. Customer service from kitchenaid is pretty poor especially communications - my average score reflects that more than the product.

Amazing food processor for any kind of food. Exactly what I needed in my kitchen. Reliable, solid, robust and also for professional use. Highly recommended, worth every penny.

I had my last model for well over 15 years, this new version is even better, far lighter & much more room in the bowel for ingredients

Exceptional Processor and everything is compact within when not in use

This item is exactly what I wanted and exactly what I expected from Kitchen aid. It’s a quality product and I’m very pleased with it.

Very efficient at cutting. Easy to use and clean. Love the way it stores away quite compactly. Instructions are easy to follow. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a multi functional cutting machine that has a few extra uses, what’s not to love. I would buy it again in the future.

Superb Quality of Design and Manufacture. Using Kitchenaid’s Processor is a real delight as it’s so capable in many ways.

The way the blades etc fit inside the bowl when not being used, is an excellent space saving feature.
