Always bought Sony tvs. Not disappointed by this one . Excellent picture. Decent sound and features. Takes a while to set up but does everything I need it to do. Internet connection is good. Much lighter than the last Sony I had.

Bought to replace an existing Sony TV which expired after 6 years. Sony is a great brand and this set is really excellent, brilliant picture and east to set up, linking easily to our wireless network. Not the cheapest brand, but you get what you pay for.

Replaced a lg TV with this. Lg was ok but had really fiddly menus. Sony so straight forward

I had this replace my old sony tv that was damaged by by three year old! Decided to go for a 50" as space would not permit anything larger. Sony has not failed with thispicture is so vibrant, and clear number of settings can be used to fine tune it to your liking as well, hdmi 2.1 with 120hz for gaming hdr on games and films looks really good. As a google tv you have access to lots of apps and comes included with popular streaming services including Sony Core. Premium remote also works with sony products inclduign the PS5. Sound without soundbar is good and have different options depending on what you are watching. Not disappointed!

Installed by Brooks Euronics very neatly, easy to use, great picture.. the free films included choice wasn’t great

We are really pleased with this tv particularly the depth of colour.

We decided to upgrade our old 40” Bravia but have been reluctant as it’s been so dependable over the years. As our eyesight isn’t getting any better and many films and dramas these days suddenly revert to text momentarily or having to read messages on the actors mobiles so we decided to go for a bigger screen.

We liked this model as it’s all screen with only a thin surround and 50” doesn’t dominate the corner of the room.

The TV was well packaged and we noticed how much lighter it was than our older smaller model.

The feet were easy to locate and the instructions for cabling were easy to follow. I set up my google account and followed the on screen instructions without any real problems.

The picture and sound is noticeably better than our older model TV which now resides in our grandchildren’s bedroom.

Overall we are very pleased with our newer model Sony and trust it will be as reliable as our old one.

I bought this tv in November to replace our 17 year old bravia. A key factor was that it was 3kg lighter than comparable makes for the size which I felt was better for using an existing bracket on a plasterboard wall. The bracket fixing matched our old bravia so therecwas also no need to pay someone to fix it up (most other tvs of the same size we looked at had wider spaced screw sockets).Set up was easy using a gmail account. At first I didn't find the picture as good as expected but then realised that the brightness control had defaulted to the lowest brightness setting rather than a moderate setting as I had assumed it would. Once adjusted it's been a great picture with good deep blacks. I have enabled the Alexa skill for Sony basic as we dont use Google home and it works well turning the TV on and off and for volume. That's about all it does though. Sound quality is reasonable but may add a soundbar later.

I bought this on 6 December 24. It has a great picture and lovely sound. The only problem I had was that it kept saying I didn't have an Internet connection when I did. Phoned sony who said it needed an update. Easily done with their help.

My 9 year old 1080p Sony Bravia sound was cutting out every 10 mins for a fraction of a second so I decided to upgrade to a 4K Bravia, I'm glad I did as you can tell the difference in the picture quality between the two.

I immediately connected my PS 5 with ease and started logging in to my Sony accounts, the first surprise was 1 years membership with Sony Bravia Core and 5 free films and a link to 3 months of Apple TV+, this way you can see the visuals with 4K films.

Comes with 2 remote controls one of which deals more of the streaming services, but the game changer is the visuals with the PS 5, I'm happy with the TV and hope it'll give me another 9 years of visual service, thanks Sony.

I got this Sony Tv to replace my previous Sony and I am more than happy with the chance. It does exactly what was advertised.

This is the 3rd don't tv I've had over the years and it's the most impressive one to date. Nice easy log in with Google, which copied over the passwords from all my streaming platform's. My PS5 changed it's settings automatically to get the best from the new screen too which was a nice surprise. The most surprising thing was my wife saying she could see the picture was better than our previous TV, and she didn't think we needed to buy a new one.

Purchased two weeks ago very pleased this tv has an excellent picture and sound is very good without a need for a soundbar.

Great picture but not impressed by the main screen layout or ease of use. Does summarise all my streaming options quite well though. Setting up the PVR hard drive recorder was a nightmare. The great picture and Google TV still makes it a worthwhile purchase though.

Great picture and supported by Google Apps. Only down side is sound, as with most slim TVs sound is a little below what I would expect. However as I use a Cambridge sound box, best of both worlds with great picture and sound.
