This is a great addition to my music outlet opportunities. Good value for money and excellent sound inc bass for a small package. Recommended, especially for those who need music on the go.

I love the sound, just like all my Bose products, but am finding it very difficult to set up with Google. Just my age I guess; I'll get there

Add this speaker for a couple of years.

Issues are the button identification is difficult if you have poor eye sight. Also when you run your fingers over the buttons you cannot differentiate between them.

We have recently stuck a red dot on the volume up button.

This is also helpful is the lights are off and what to use the volume buttons instead of asking Alexa to turn the volume down.

Always having problems with the group/ Alexa feature, very expensive product for something that causes nothing but issues

This product is terrible, always issues with connection and functionality.

I using this sound system since last three yr, long last charging , no 1 sound , no regret at all, infact I am planning to buy a ultra sound bar atmos for my home theatre.

Has been great with superb sound over the couple of years I've owned it. But recently updates been poor and now have to reboot each time I use it and very erratic at finding it in the app.

Falls below expectations because it's missing the deep bass sound that Bose is known for. It's not a powerful speaker as advertised

This speaker produces the quality of sound that you would expect from Bose but the output is quite weak and very easily distorted if you have object near the speaker. Battery life is also quite short and it turns itself off very quickly if not in use. All in all...disapointing!

Love the sound that it produces stay in the ears as well

Excellent sound quality and the WiFi features are very useful, used in conjunction with the Bose Music App for volume control and audio features, it is an extremely powerful and versatile product

I bought 1 and then another and then another. I enjoy 1 at a time or all 3 grouped together. There were initial issues with the group delay but was quickly fixed by Bose with a software update. These are really wonderful little devices with optimum clarity and bass.

Like my title says I was questioning the supposed quality but my worries are for nothing. Sound and build quality are second to none. You can crank this thing up and it remains clear and solid. Will probably get another at some point for stereo sound.

The Spotify for Alexa does not work it says device is offline and a bit slow even with a good internet

Charge disappears from 100% in a couple of days, then very difficult to initiate charging

Have to keep it plugged in in using for more that a couple of hours

Difficult to get to connect

Voice control almost impossible to set up and then does not work.

I expected lot more from the bose product. The bose boss but it not fared well to my expectation
