This is a good quality substantial product: I was looking at the 3 in 1 pasta attachment initially, however, this one had a substantial discount & thinking about it a better idea as in you only need to clean the individual parts in use. I have only tried the roller & spaghetti up to now but have been very impressed. I have made normal pasta (your recipe actually - delicious!) in the photo with the rollers on & a gluten free pasta for my husband in the next photo (a bit more tricky & different texture as with all GF but worked in the mixer & the rollers, YAY!) Both delicious!

Great gadget for doing pasta, quick and easy. Went for the seperate ones rather than the 3 in 1 as to use each one individually.

Absolutely love these pasta attachments. They make making pasta so much easier and you have both hands free to roll, cut & catch the pasta.

Only used them once- but surprisingly easy to use, was the very first time I’ve made pasta and it turned out great.

Like all Kitchen Aid products the pasta roller is robust and good quality. There is no denying everything is quite expensive but worth the investment.

Never had so much fun. It has to be on par with the meat grinder attachment. Pasta and sausages. It's what dreams are made of

I’ve made lasagne sheets and spaghetti with this product. Lasagne turned out great, but I had to make the dough drier for the spaghetti and it was then perfect. Great attachment.

Really solid and works great. Simple to fit to mixer

I got this as birthday present and immediately gave it a go. First batch was linguini and it was a bit wet. Second batch was spaghetti and that was great. I feel if you can get a good outcome on the second try, then the kit is worth it. My only comment is that KitchenAid doesn't really say: Use this recipe as there are all these online suggestions that either help or don't. However once you finish your research and understand the process, you will really love this gadget. I do.

Very happy with this kit, it’s solid and works well. It says made in Italy but no Italian would call spaghetti the thin cutter, the correct name is tagliolini.

I got the mixer with the pasta cutter and roller attachments as a Christmas gift. So far, I hate to say that it is fantastic! It’s far smoother and quieter than my previous mixer and the pasta attachments are amazing, much better than the 2 manual pasta makers I have had over the years.
