Ei toimi kaikkien kasvisten kanssa vaan jumittaa tosi pahasti.

Melko heikosti raastaa edelliseen yleiskoneeseeni verrattuna (80-luvun Braun). Porkkanaraaste ei myöskään tullut suppilosta ulos, kuten kuvissa vaan pakkautui ja sen sai lusikalla kaivella kulhoon. Pehmeämpiä hedelmiä raastaa vähän helpommin. Raastin terä on helppo irrottaa ja pestä, joskin sille käy vain käsinpesu.

Tarjoaa hyvän lisän yleiskoneen käytettävyydelle. Helppo kiinnittää ja irroittaa, samoin puhdistus helppoa. Raaste, esim. porkkana, tulee aika karkeaa. Harkitsen "vihannesleikkurin lisävarustesetin" hankkimista. Sillä sais hienompaakin raastetta. Haittana taas, että keittiön laatikot täyttyvät kaikista lisälaitteista.

This item is well made, with a lovely finish and comes in a very nice box, but it didn't work for me. I shred vegetables each morning for breakfast, and maybe it is the low volume that I am using, but large amount of it remains stuck inside the grating area, on top of the grating area, around the plunger and particularly between the grater and the outer white cover. Because the attachment sticks out so far from the end of the processor, the processor tips if you press on the plunger too heavily (to try to grate the last pieces of veg in the bottom. I was left with not much veg and dirty tools that needed to be dishwashed, all being far too much bother compared with my hand grater and spiralizer. I was hoping for a tool that would speed up my process of preparing veg each morning - this just complicated matters and ended up taking far longer. I have returned the attachment.

Brilliant gadget works really well and makes grating and slicing things super easy. The only thing i would say is be careful u packaging it. I took it out the packaging and the plastic cylinder fell out and dropped on the floor meaning it’s chipped already. still works but very sad considering its an expensive purchase

Good robust machine unlike a recent competitive product which we returned.

Easy to connect and use. Makes short work of grating and slicing.

A very clever little accessory. Easy to use. Well made from metal, so should last. So far I have only grated cheese. It was so quick and easy with no danger of grating my fingers.

Added this attachment to my KitchenAid mixer because I wanted to enjoy more vegetables in different ways.

Love it for grating cheese. So easy to use and clean

Boughtvthe grating attachment, great quality, easy to clean. Works slower than expected

The only reason I purchased this product was to grate cheese and I was very excited to buy it. However I feel disheartened as it has failed my expectations. The device itself attaches easily to the Stand Mixer and the actual shredder/slicer blades are top quality but the actual white housing Unit is unfortunately plastic. I have only used one of the blades to grate cheese and it does the job nicely infact I feel you yield more cheese than you would manually and the cheese falls out loose and in lovely curls, however, my biggest criticism is just how much cheese slices gets left behind in the housing unit and when you press the small button on the side of the housing unit which should release the blade does not work as the blade is too clogged up with cheese that has'nt made it through the shredder!! I've tried cutting up the cheese into small pieces but this has still not resolved the issue, I have therefore sadly resorted back to my manual grater, and I have'nt even bothered to try out the other blades. So all in all disappointed with this product.

This is a fabulous attachment, easy to fit, easy to use. I’ve sliced potatoes, grated cheese and veg.

Great piece of equipment which adds functionality to our great stand mixer - quality is nothing less than I would expect of KitchenAid

Very useful attachment to the mixer I purchased a non kitchenaid version of this which did the job but then had the chrome purchase the genuine item and wow what a difference the quality of the graters was far better and grated the cheese without turning it into a ball, I even made my own coleslaw over Christmas thanks to having this

I have to say I'm a bit underwhelmed so far by this attachment for the following reasons:

1. Having shredded some carrots, I removed the shredder attachment to handwash and found that the whole of the inside of the main white part that folds the cylindrical blades was stained bright orange. After washing in warm soapy water for nearly 30 minutes I could only remove the worst of the staining. There still remains a dirty orange like stain on the inside, so very disappointed that whatever this is made out of seems to be porous. I have attached photos.
   
   
2. Using the slicer to slice some onions, I found this very hard going. I had to use some force for it to even attempt to slice the onions. It took me about 4-5 minutes to badly slice 1 large onion cut into 4 quarters. It made a bad mess of the onions and the slices were more of a mush than slices.
   
   

So to say I am disappointed after the first use is a bit of an understatement. I am now left with an attachment that I can't remove the orange stain from.

I would of expected better performance and some sort of stain protection from KitchenAid to be honest as these are premium-priced attachments and this one has failed to impress me or do it's job satisfactorily.

So easy to use. It beats my old grater hands down.

I love this tool and I have never been so excited about any other gadget, cuts off prep time to minimum, grates cheese easily, a must have

Usual KitchenAid quality and price tag. The only gripe I have is that the plunger does not go down far enough to the grater or slicer barrel, this inevitably leaves a sizeable chunk of whatever you are grating or slicing left. This then starts rotating around the barrel.

So very easy to use, just loving it ...............

Was so looking forward to using this but alas it is not as efficient as I had hope. The cutting blades are not as sharp as they could be and when cutting the food clogs up In between the blade and the unit instead of falling into the bowl. It is still usable for the small amounts I need but would not recommend if you are wanting to do a lot. So far I have tried onion, pepper, cabbage , carrot and cheese and every one clogs the machine.
