not good
usbc on the motherboard was loose and the motherboard doesnt work
Motherboard upgrade
This mother board is great for us - it's actually more than we need but it's pretty to look at and does everything we need it to and more. Our last one was from Asus and it lasted over 10 years, we're updating to be compatible with Windows 11.
Board works, but accompanying software issues!
The motherboard looks nice and works. That's all I can say now given limited use.
However the software that comes with it causes a process/memory leak and had to be uninstalled. If your machine is seeing fairly rapid memory exhaustion then uninstall the ASUS software.
Almost Perfect!
Excellent value for money and will more than meet the needs of every average PC user. The only minor drawback I have since discovered is that the 'B' series boards do not allow CPU overclocking (which is not well advertised unless you know somehow?), you can still select XMP profile in bios to OC the RAM to it's full potential. Other than this I really cannot see what an average user could possibly want from a MB and the value this represents over a 'Z' series board makes it a "No Brainer"

Nice board with just enough features to meet most of my requirements, excepting would have like additional PCIe slots, as graphics card size covers (obliterates!) adjacent PCIe slot which is really annoying, so beware. Has two M.2 SSD slots and I was intending to use the second one to plug in a SATA extender card, but the board is not wired for this feature to be utilised, so again beware. Bought a second SSD with heat sink instead and used only remaining PCIe slot for SATA / SAS card. Other than that it's working well and the onboard audio handles Hi-Res audio tracks nicely. Has plenty of USB 2 and USB 3 connections for connecting external back ups etc.
