Got the USC9S soundbar for free when purchased lg oled65g46ls TV. Definitely a big improvement on the TV speakers and sub adds booming bass. Great depth to sound with films in Dolby Atmos. Overall, happy with performance as soundbar was free but not so sure I would want to pay the full retail price for this unit

Ääni on hyvin säädettävissä, ja bassoakin riittää, ainakin sen verran mitä uskaltaa laittaa kerrostalo asunnossa ettei naapurit häiriinny. Käyttö helpottuu entisestään kun yhdistää LG soundbar appiin. Toimii myös hyvin LG qned television kanssa, äänet säätyy tv:n kaukosäätimestä kun yhdistää earciin hdmi piuhalla. Äänet puhtaat ja täyteläiset. Itsellä ollut ennen erillinen vahvistin ja kaiuttimet, joten verrattuna niihin, olen todella positiivisesti yllättynyt. Suosittelen!

Ihan ok jäin kyllä kaipaamaan takakaijuttimia mitä ei löydy kyseistä mallista ja miinus puoli että ei voi edes ostaa myöhemmin ja liittää kyseiseen soudbaariin mitä jossain lg:een soudbaareissa pystyy liittämään.

Excellent quality and sound. And since I have now added LG SPQ8-S WIRELESS REAR SPEAKERS it completes the system which gives excellent sound whatever you use it for. It was very easy to set up.

The audio is crisp, filling the room with rich detail, and it performs exceptionally well for movies and music. Spotify Connect and AirPlay are particularly useful, making it versatile as a standalone speaker. The build quality is robust, and its sleek design complements the TV setup. While the app could use some improvements, overall, I'm very pleased with how well it works.

First time owner of a Sound Bar. Impressed with the quality and volume. The bracket included with it fits perfectly with LG TV and keeps everything compact and tidy. Literally plug and play when using the HDMI ARC. Lots of presets and provides a real sense of immersive sound

Since it doesn't have rear speakers, it's hard to get true surround sound (though I didn't try to play lossless e.g. Dolby Atmos TrueHD or DTS:HD).

But the movies I tried e.g. Blaze Runner 2049 in Cinema mode and playing some music in Music or Bass Blast mode impressed me.

If you have LG Oled and want just soundbar with sub woofer without rear speakers, you shouldn't be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, the huge box arrived, it was very well packed and the vast majority of the packaging could be recycled (top points there LG). I've only had the soundbar about a week and have been playing around with it constantly, much to the annoyance of my flatmates. I removed my old soundbar and plugged in the new one and was instantly impressed. I've only got an A-class LG OLED, so found out it wouldn't attach directly to my model, not a problem, I just attached the new bracket to the wall. My TV found it straight away and that's when the fun started trying to work out all the settings. I think I've discovered HDMI is probably the best (Bluetooth and Optical are also available). There are various settings available either through the soundbar itself or through the settings on your tv. Something I discovered a little later was the LG Soundbar App, which is amazing! It made life so much easier. I went further into the settings to discover what else it could do and realised that I had to connect it to my Google Home. Something else that's really impressive is the AI sound setting it sets up the sound to the best available for the source available. I have various inputs going into my telly which range from a BT Freeview Box to a 4K Firestick. I've also viewed programmes/movies using Dolby Vision on it, which is a whole different experience, and during an action scene I was literally blown away (I was half expecting the neighbours to come knocking on my door). I know I don't have a C-Class, but you know what you don't really need one, the tv can also use multiple speakers including the tv AND soundbar which is great. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially if you've got an LG OLED, it brings a whole different dimension to the experience. Good points - the sound is great, very clear and handles various sources with ease Bad points - I think it could be a little clearer about the app on the set-up instructions, once you've found that out, life is so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not usually involved in picking the home entertainment equipment in our house, but after looking at this soundbar, I had to make the suggestion. It looked nice, had great reviews and seemed to pack the features I would want to use.

This soundbar far surpasses my expectations. It was very easy to set up, just had to plug in one cable and that was it. Once we battled with pairing with our WiFi which needed to be connected via 2.4Ghz for some reason, it has worked almost flawlessly ever since.

I would recommend this sound bar for anyone that wants something sleek, with incredible sound, and loads of additional features like airplay and Bluetooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be pricier than a lot of soundbars on the market but it's worth every penny. If you've just forked out a lot of money for a TV then you want the best sound system to listen to what you are watching and this soundbar is what you need.

As well as the usual sound choices this LG has AI Sound Pro which automatically adjusts depending on what you are watching. This is particularly useful when watching a film or TV program where the background music might otherwise drown out the speech. My wife loves this setting as it means she's not constantly changing the settings depending on what she is watching.

The bass is great and truely gives the best sound experience you can have outside of the cinema.

I thoroughly recommend this soundbar and wish I had purchased it earlier.

I’ve had the LG Soundbar SC9 a few weeks. I’ve been fighting the urge to send it back since. It’s not awful, but don’t believe the hype. I’ve probably been spoilt by my other soundbar. By comparison, the LG Soundbar SC9 sounds tinny, lacks definition – especially with dialogue – and is inconsistent when switching streaming service apps. I was eager to try the soundbar as I have a 55" LG C2, and the SC9 (offering the WOW Bracket, WOW Orchestra, and the WOW Interface) seemed like the perfect match.

As it goes, the WOW Bracket is a perfect mounting solution. I don’t know why all manufacturers don’t implement similar. It’s raises the TV higher than I expected (for clearance of the TV’s infra-red receiver), but that’s not an issue, and together they stand well on a cabinet. I intend to wall-mount the combo, so the bracket will likely prove invaluable.

When it comes to WOW Orchestra, I feel it often doesn’t sound as good as just the soundbar by itself. The AI Sound Pro sound profile is also hit-and-miss, and I often choose the Standard or Bass Boost sound profiles. Speaking of bass… Whilst the highs and mid-tones can be a bit shrill, the bass is quietly unassuming. There have been times when I’ve forgotten about it, only to be surprised by some thunderous sound effects. The speaker module itself is a good size. Just about right to be inconspicuous.

I feel the WOW Interface is a gimmick. It’s not readily accessible and provides little meaningful control. The same goes for the remote control. I much prefer using the TV remote for day-to-day sound profile changes, and then use the app for finessing settings. As for the audio feedback when switching sound profiles, it can be grating and is best left alone.

AI Room Calibration Pro made a minor difference. Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and IMAX Enhanced content, and the received audio, haven’t impressed me at all. I end up using the app to lessen the impact of the Triple Up-firing Channels and Tiple Level Spatial Sound. I have just found it all too distracting when trying to consume and appreciate content.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the soundbar. When tinkered with it can be decent, but it really shouldn’t be such a chore. For the suggested retail price, I know there are far better alternatives, as I have one. But, if you can wait to get this on a significant discount and don’t mind tinkering with the settings during consumption, the potential sound that can be achieved is ok. The WOW Bracket is the main saving grace.

We got this item in a couple of months before and this I excellent. We paired it with my existing LG QNED tv and it’s excellent. The sound is very clear and crisp and the bass and treble it generates it noteworthy. I can be connected via Bluetooth or WiFi with different devices which is a plus. Really like and recommend it to everyone

Initially we setup via Bluetooth until we were ready to lift our tv of the wall to connect via HDMI.

Set-up was straightforward with our 2020 LG nano TV although I found the remote pretty useless as you had to work out which button to press and then how many times to press it to cycle through the options. Luckily the remote wasn't really needed, especially once we got the soundbar to work from our TV remote and there is an app which works very well to set up sound output to the bar and woofer.

Even with Bluetooth connection my partner, who loves films was impressed with the sound and sound and picture appeared to sync well with no perceivable delay.. However there is no way to get the LG TV to default to Bluetooth for sound output so bit of a faff having to keep changing output everytime we switched on the TV. Connecting to HDMI Arc did fix this and the TV now defaults to the soundbar seamlessly.

Sound is of a good quality although we have had to turn down the subwoofer as our dog is not impressed with immersive sound.

The sound quality is perfect. The subwoofer shakes my room, and sometimes I worry my neighbors will complain.

When I watch a movie I can feel how sound moves from one side of the room to the other. Installation was straightforward and once it was done, it worked great. I do not need another remote control, because the soundbar supports an ARC HDMI connection. When I turn on my TV, the soundbar turns on automatically. The soundbar and subwoofer are premium products, and I recommend them.

I honestly never realised how much I needed this sound bar system until now. The sound and bass is so impressive and sound clear; the television speaker was amazing in my opinion but the sound bar system has completely changed everything. I have a TV that is compatible with this sound bar system and I absolutely love the fact that you can connect it directly to the bottom of your TV easily and securely. This is great for space saving and also saves you from having to fit a shelf to your wall if you don't already have one. The Subwoofer isn't huge which is ideal but do not let it's size fool you.
