Solid performer and excellent value for money well worth using for gaming

Bought this as an upgrade from an rtx 3060 and what an upgrade it was. Easy to install, even comes with its own stand and a screwdriver

I was sceptical moving from team green so did hours and hours of reserch before purchasing my first AMD GPU and down from looks/build quality and specs the ASUS varient was hands down the best choice and i havent been dissapointed either the thing runs like a beast anyone looking to get any type of new GPU check out ASUS there worth the extra money

So my gpu was struggling with gameplay and streaming at the same time, I started looking around.

The TUF-RX7900XT-O20G came as the perfect upgrade to my TUF-RTX3070 and for the price it certainly is a game changer. I no longer have to choose between game quality and stream quality. It’s a fairly chunky beast but it just slotted right into my ASUS TUF GT502 case.

The price came in at about the same price as a 4070 but with the extra 8GB VRAM.

This card is a beast, tears through everything at 1440 probably good for 4k. Card is massive and as such it's cool and quiet, highly recommend this card.

Brillant card, quality of build is excellent, runs everything on highest at 1440p well over 140 fps in most games. Only problem I get is a little coil whine at full load and wish it had 16gb instead of the 12

Great card more power than my previous card at a fraction of the power consumption. Mainly used for PCVR and it’s been faultless.

MoreCoCo were excellent, the Graphic card was delivered within 48 hrs. Fitting was straightforward and the card has performed as expected. TUF Gaming components are well packaged and by keeping within ASUS and TUF Gaming compatibility has been assured. It is a large card but temperatures seem to be relatively low and despite running MSFS I haven’t noticed the fans on the card coming on. I highly recommend MoreCoCo and ASUS very impressive.

Good card, great performance, initial RGB control issues but rectified in software update, horrifically over priced. Pricing needs to change.

It’s a a very good upgrade from a 1080ti. Very impressed with the performance per watt. Basically 3090+ performance with a lot less heat and newer features. Plays Forza v max 4k basically silent . If it was £100 cheaper would be 5 stars. the tuf design is a sensible size and great build quality

The card is well packaged and comes with everything you need to plug in and get going even a screw driver to help you fit the card. Build quality is excellent and the design has the usual Asus Tuf industrial look. Performance is excellent and I would consider it a true upgrade from my 2080 ti. The only down side is the price to be clear I don't blame Asus for this at the end of the day Nvidia set the prices.

Considering its the none OC version after running the OC scanner and optimising the curve it boosts to a consistent 2980mhz (your mileage with the OC Scanner will vary, and although not the best 4070 Ti I have tested I seem to have had success in the silicon lottery). Really quiet and rarely exceeds 60 degrees and maxes most titles in non raytraced environments at 1440p 165hz with ultra/high settings with average frame rates between 120 and 165. I know alot of review sites are moaning about costing but at 3090/3090Ti levels of performance for the cost, yes its expensive but still 45% cheaper then the 3090, pricing at the moment seems a bit too high but that's currently a supply issue with the time of year (again I got it slightly under MSRP due to my place of work).

The other thing is Nvidia tamed the transient power spikes, obviously must be significantly under the average 2.5 spike power draw the 3000 series suffered from. I had tried several high end 3000 series in my system with 750W requirements and suffered cut outs due to my EVGA G3 750W OCP and OVP kicking in because of transient spikes (luckily I work in the industry so testing these things is part of my job). This has never cut out once (similar to other 4000 series cards). SO if you have a decent quality 750W PSU even if it is a few years old you shouldn't need to replace it because of this issue. One very minor gripe is that the bundled GPU support is only really useable if you have a PSU shroud in your case or your PSU is located at the top of your system. Mine hasn't so purchased a support bracket that fixes to the rear expansion slots in the case. Minor gripe I know but ASUS should really include a GPU support similar to the ones other manufacturers provide.
