[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do iron nearly everyday so definitely know what a good iron looks like .So from the first unboxing the iron looks stunning very modern and love the colour. Its so much better with a black cable as a white one does tend to get a bit grubby as time goes on .The iron it's self is a bit on the heavy side but who doesn't love a heavy iron because I know I do .The first time in use, I found it to be pretty good and the features with the steam settings are brilliantly designed and does a lovely clean pressed iron ....So happy with this product and would 100% recommend 👌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good iron. It has the technology to adapt the heat to the material ironed which reduces the risk of burning the materials. It has a long cord which is very handy and makes ironing much easier. The only issue I have with it, is that I can not regulate the heat manually and it can get frustrating at times when ironing linen and cotton .

Feels a lot lighter than my previous iron. Easier to fill with a wide opening 240g steam boost and 55g/min continuous steam. Also had a quick calcium release so no more calcium deposits on clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first impression the iron seems a lot heavier than ones I've previously used, however when in use you don't notice and it glides across clothing with ease.

I wish that it came with a water jug because filling can be tricky.

The power lead is a very good length and of good quality.

It looks and feels very well made and it's also an attractive looking iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this iron for a few weeks, I am very pleased with its performance. It is comfortable to hold and easy on the wrist due to its lightweight design, making the chore less tiring. The automatic temp sensor takes some time to get used to, but so far it works flawlessly. The steam power is good, and I haven’t had any creasing issues.

Sole plate glides through delicate fabrics, and descaling is a breeze. No more wasting time expelling the water.

My only gripe is with the handle itself, as it feels like it may snap if I put too much pressure on thick fabrics. I understand the he rationale behind it as it allows it to stand vertically in a stable position. Hopefully, it’s quite safe and well designed to withstand tough tasks.

I was worried at first about the optimalTEMP feature, but there was nothing at all to worry about - you don’t need to adjust the temperature because it does it for you! It’s more convenient, less stress, easier and less time consuming!

It’s very good for ironing shirts, jeans etc. However because it doesn’t have a temperature gauge I’m abit dubious about using it on more delicate items, it has a optimal temperature function which adjusts to the right temperature for the item but I’m not sure I trust it. It does use water extremely quickly and is quite heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Philips steam iron the weight of this iron is impressive to say the least , it glides effectively and takes creases out of the clothes fast leaving them smooth there is no noise and it’s a lovely colour. It runs for a good 40 minutes on a full tank of water a real bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the iron a few times and I have been very impressed with how well it preforms. One of the things I like most is the powerful steam output, which removes creases very quickly and makes ironing feel much less time consuming.

The OptimalTEMP feature is probably my favourite part because I don’t need to adjust the temperature for different fabrics. I can go from delicate clothes to heavier items without worrying about burning anything, which makes ironing a lot more convenient and stress free.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that the larger water tank is really useful as I don’t have to keep refilling it during a larger ironing session. Although the iron is slightly heavier than some other models, I actually think that it helps press clothes more effectively.

Overall I have found in the short time of using the iron, it to be reliable powerful and very easy to use. It makes ironing quicker and gives clothes a neat professional finish with little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won’t lie the optimal temp feature got me a bit worried about my clothes at first because there was no settings to change and adjust the temperature so I was a bit scared at first. But there was nothing to be worried about! It is definitely on the heavier side but going from my old iron I had for years to this is night and day. It quite literally just glides over the clothes and it does make the weight less of an issue because you don’t have to push down for it to work and get out the creases. The vertical steam didn’t work so well for me so far but I’m going to keep trying with it though, there wa few tough creases that it didn’t manage to get out. But the cord being long is a massive plus for me, I don’t have to figure out where I can actually iron my clothes because I have to be close to the plug. Overall it’s a massive upgrade from my old one and I’m really grateful I’ve got to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE BEST iron I have ever used. The iron plate is a good size to cover large areas of fabric but is still light and glides with great ease. It has a great safety feature optimalTEMP that ensures no burns on any ironable fabrics. It’s also got auto shut off if you forget to turn it off. The appliance makes vibrating, buzzing and pumping noises that a normal and not to loud. The iron holds 350ml of water and is suitable for tap water. On a whole this iron had speed my morning rushes with quick and easy creases gone in no time !

However with this you dont it's steam or no steam. There is no temperature control which I found daunting to start with but it really works! I can iron jeans, then a silk blouse with no problem. Once you get used to the weight as it is heavier, it glides over the garments. The handy notch in the handle allows the iron to stand without rocking on the lead. Very well thought up and bring on my next wash!

The steam come out automatically which is good and it is very hot it got the creases out of the clothes effortlessly . The weight of the iron is a lot lighter than I imagined. The cord is long so it covers the whole length of the ironing board. Very good value for money.

The iron itself isn't excessively heavy and is very easy to control. The steam helps even out the creases and gives just the right glide. Very easy maintenance too, which is always a huge plus.

The steam iron feels very sturdy and compact, it is made from high quality materials that is built to last. The plate iron plate has a coating that protects it from scratches and helps the iron to glide smoothly during ironing. I love how quick it is to heat up and that it can be used vertically when clothes are hung up as well as normal ironing. The only downside is that due to the stronger power, the unit is slightly heavier than other steam irons. The steam is very powerful and it has automatic steam releases when the iron detects that it is needed. I live in an area with hard water and the iron has a special inbuilt feature that removes the calcium and mineral build up and prevents iron from clogging up with mineral deposits. Another thing I love is that it does not drip water onto clothing while ironing which I hated when it happened with my old iron. All in all this is a powerful steam iron that gies great results and has lots of safety features, the only downside is that it is slightly heavy when used for longer periods.

Continuous steam gets rid of creases easily and it holds 300ml water so you don’t have to endlessly refill. It is slightly heavier than conventional irons but that is just an observation rather than a criticism. It is easy to clean and it isn’t bulky like the steam generator irons so fits easily in a small cupboard.
