Does what it's advertised to do.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's frustrating that my perfectly useful other Kensington locks don't work in my newer ThinkPad, but Lenovo chose to change the specs and go with a slot which is smaller than the old Kensingtons would fit.

Perfect Cable Lock
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new Lenovo laptop for our office and needed a cable lock. None of our standard cable locks worked on this and I reached out to Lenovo for help. Their customer service was very fast and suggested this lock for us, along with 2 or 3 other options. This worked perfectly and the laptop is secure. The 5 ft. cable was a perfect length for our setup and the lock is very sturdy and easy to use.
