Very disappointed with this purchase I followed the guidelines ( not rocket science) but it doesn’t remove water stains !!

I bought the coffee care kit for my new De'Longhi Elette Explore coffee machine which I absolutely love, the coffee machine I mean, not the coffee care kit and it was timely that I did as yesterday it told me it needed descaling and of course, as you would expect, a coffee care kit comes with descaling solution. The coffee kit is great (albeit a little expensive) but I did love the soft cloth that comes with it to polish up my coffee machine's shiny bits! All in all, I'm delighted with my new coffee machine and the way it talks to me and the coffee care kit ain't too bad either!

The product itself is great and does the job just as it is supposed to, Jut there should be better instructions with the pack, the handbook is usually lost after a while and finding it online is a pain.

The ease of ordering and the Customer Care at DeLonghi are simply outstanding. Hope this standard will continue for the future
