Kokemukset ja arvostelut

Ostin juuri LG:n 42" Pose/C2 OLED-telkkarin ja se on kyllä pikkuisen pettymys vaikka tähän jo iällä olevaan Philipsiin verraten. Minulla on nyt molemmat vertailtavana vierekkäin. Ymmärtääkseni tässä Philipsissä on IPS-paneeli.

Philips on väreiltään aivan vähän punaisempi, mikä lienee lähinnä asetuksista kiinni. Lisäksi Philipsissä on inan verran enemmän valovoimaa. Kokonaisuutena kuva on sellainen, että LG:n kovasti kehuma OLED on kyllä aivan turhaa hypeä. Hintaero on järkyttävä, koska alennetulla hinnallakin LG on yli kolme kertaa kalliimpi. Mikään ominaisuus ei puolusta millään tavalla tällaista hintaeroa. Mustan tasoa LG:n sivuilla pidetään ylivoimaisena ominaisuutena ja mitä ilmeisimmin sitä hypetetään koska mitään muutakaan kehuttavaa LG:ssä ei ole. Itse en anna tälle mitään arvoa, koska mustaa pääsee katselemaan laittamalla telkkarin kiinni. Samalla saa kaupanpäälisinä vielä uskomattoman täydellisen hiljaisuudenkin.

Miracastin oletin uudessa LG:ssä toimivan hyvin, mutta tämä tuotti toisen pettymyksen. Natiivi resoluutiota ei saa käyttöön, jolloin kuva jää epäselväksi. Kaapelin kanssa temppuilemalla 4k:n saa päälle, mutta se ei säily kun kaapelin irrottaa. Philipsissä natiivi UHD resoluutio jää päälle samalla tavalla toimien.

Eli nyt on niin, että uuden LG:n kanssa ei kaapelista pääsekään eroon. Philipsillä pääsee, vaikkakin kaapelin kanssa tempuilemalla, Tietokoneen lisänäyttönä käyttäminen oli yksi uuden telkkarin hankinnan motiivi, mutta tältä osin tämä meni nyt täysin metsään.

Mielenkiintoinen ominaisuus LG:n käyttiksessä on se, että tällä näyttää saavan etätyöpöytäyhteyden ainakin Win 11 laitteeseen. Hiirenkin voi kytkeä telkkarin USB-liitäntään ja se toimii. Epäilemättä näppis myös, vaikkakaan sitä en kokeillut. Nyt vaan tässäkin on sitten sama ongelma kuin edellä. Eli resoluutio on ties mitä muuta, mutta ei paneelin natiivia. Tämä tekee hienosta ominaisuudesta lopulta täysin kelvottoman kuvan jäädessä suttuiseksi.

Kolmas pettymys LG:ssä on sen kaukosäädin. Magic. On tosiaankin taikaa. Järkyttävän hidas ja epäintuitiivinen käyttää. Edes ohjelmaopasta ei saa yhdellä napilla esille, vaikka se on sentään telkkarissa mielestäni varsin keskeinen asia.

Edellä olevan perusteella lienee selvää, että tämä vanha Philips tarjoaa käytännössä kaiken saman mitä uusi LG, ja vähän vielä ylimääräistäkin. LG olisi kyllä yksinkertaisesti saanut jäädä ostamatta.

When I bought it, I opened youtube like normally to set it up (netflix too), but after 2days of using it something isnt right with the software. When I try to open an online app I can't. It says signing up and then Philips server isn't avaiable, try again later. And noone want's to fix it from the insurance. I need to pay to fix it even if its new. I don't recommend it for online stuff like yt and netflix but the sound and the screen are great and sharp like it needs to be. P.S. another thing, the TV does not have ambient light like it says in the store or on the internet.

Ok, the picture quality if very good but, it takes at least a minute after the TV comes on before you can change the channel or volume. Randomly, the sound and picture lose sync (it's like everything becoming badly dubbed) and the only way to fix is a factory reset

The BBC Red Button services don't work.

There's a constant advert for Ambilight in the TV menu - which this TV doesn't have (don't be fooled by the images above that show a background light to the TV, it doesn't have it). it's a constant reminder from Phillips' that the TV you've bought is no good.

I got the 50 ins version and i am very happy with the TV overall. Good solid performer, picture and sound fine. I would, though, recommend getting a soundbar to go with it. Particularly if you like music, a soundbar makes all the difference. There are more Apps on it than you can shake a stick at, so you're never stuck for something to watch. I only have one or two niggles. The Freeview scroll menu leaves something to be desired, and the remote control takes around 7-8 minutes to warm up. But apparently this is normal for these smart tv's. Just put the tv on 10 minutes before your programme start and you'll be fine. Would i recommend this TV? Yes of course, it is probably as good as any out there in this price range, and probably better than most, if not all. Happy days.

We have not upgraded our TV for quite a few years, when we noticed that this 4K ultra HD tv was a really great price we decided now was the time! We were so impressed by the quality that we bought another for the kitchen

Easy set a easy to use, great quality.. don't loose the remote.

Where is the power socket on the tv for this model? I am highly confused and have been trawling around the tv to locate it......

Good product let down by the sound quality, requires a sound bar or similar

This could be an excellent TV but unfortunately this so-called 'smart' TV doesn't possess the ability to either pause or record live TV. Pausing live TV is an essential feature for any smart TV in 2022 and I stupidly assumed that having 2 USB slots and with the addition of a USB stick pausing live TV wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately I was wrong. I am extremely disappointed. The Philips 4K UHD Smart TV 50PUS7556/12 certainly isn't very smart.

En suosittele tätä tv:tä ihmisille, jotka haluavat käyttää myös sovelluksia kuten cmore tai disney plus. Tässä laitteessa on vain siihen ladatut sovellukset, eikä uusien asennus onnistu.

Kuvan laatu hyvä ja tv toimii muutoin, mutta meidän perheelle pettymys.

This TV is amazing. I had some money to spend and didn't really need a new TV but I went up from 42 to 55 inch because I could. When I saw and heard it, I realised I did need a new TV, it's quality is incredible.
