Good sound quality, terrible to use.Arvosana 1/5
When I got these headphones, it was love at first sight. Sound quality was excellent, ANC was great (not as good as Sony but still 4/5) and the smart control was working excellently. I could tune my EQ to my liking, make ANC cancel almost all the noises. But deep down, I knew... This was calm before the storm. After thousands of firmware updates, smart control still does not work properly. Headphones connect to my phone without any problems but I can't use the smart control app features. I can't control the ANC (yes, I know I can control it from the right side of the headphones but It only has 2 options, and they are terrible). Can't control the EQ etc...
After a year of frequent firmware updates , it still does not work.
TLDR:
Firmware/Smart Control doesn't work = Can't control the ANC properly, can't tune the EQ.
