Good product at reasonable price. Getting used to the controls but would have benefitted from instruction booklet rather than try and test.

Very nice tv excellent picture and sound east to use

Hardware is good but software still have long way to go as well as huge of works on the design of user interface & interactive. It spend me over 6 hours, I still cannot login my LG account in the TV and the TV cannot install any other app without LG account. So weird design and I am wondering if I don't give me my personal info, Do I have any choice to install any app in this so-called "Smart TV"

Got this last week and since purchace I have had issues with the sound and my sound bar I am totaly unable to get the lip syncing and the sound from the on board speakers is deadly

Excellent 4K TV. very vivid colours and picture quality

I have used LG products for many years and have always been satisfied with their performance. This TV however took a lot of initial setting up, it's certainly not switch on and go. I'm still tweaking the settings four days in, although I think I now have a satisfactory calibration. The on screen antenna TV guide is very poor. For some reason LG are using a light grey background with tiny white font and there's no way to change it. Not good if you have poor eyesight. On the plus side, I like it that all apps are together and there's no need for set top boxes.
