This is the most buggy tv I have ever had the misfortune of owning.

We had problems from the start and swapped out original unit for a new one only to be faced with new issues.

Apps don’t work and it repeatedly has WiFi connection issues.

A really bad buy in my experience.

I find the TV very good bot I havnt connected a soundbar or added other devices to it it’s very good if using it as a standard TV. Picture quality and 4 sided ambient lighting could never go back to using a tv without the lighting, had Phillips ambient since they came out when you were paying nearly 5k for the TV .. Can understand the frustration of the buyers who have the sounds problem I would demand a refund in this case as it’s been sold to you faulty..

I've really enjoyed this TV, always wanted an OLED panel and I've not been at all disappointed with the richness of the picture, the inky blacks etc - if you're looking at this TV then you probably already know about those! The only downside I've had is the difficulty using 120hz at 4k which was a headline HDMI 2.1 feature, but is only available in monitor mode, without VRR, making it pretty much useless. As long as that isn't an ussue for you, it's a spectacular TV and will not disappoint.

TV is fantastic, love it for watching movies and gaming.

This is a great tv, i especially like the ambilight as it gives a nice cosy glow. It has a lot of interesting features that im still learning about. One thing i Dont like is every day a message comes up to refresh the screen.....Why every day & it takes 10 min

The apps on the TV constantly kept crashing , in the end I got a replacement from a different manufacturer.

Absolutely love my new TV. Amazing picture quality and the Ambilight just adds the extra bit of special and makes viewing so much better. 100% recommend.

Picture quality is fantastic, crisp and clear. It is the best quality picture I have seen on any tv I I have had and I have had a few to say the least. Sound is also very good, I don’t even use the Sonos sound bar it’s that good. Tv apps and remote also very easy to use.

Great TV - lights ambi lights and hue connection is brilliant - just wish it was easier to mirror to the TV

This was the cheapest oled 55" I could find; same panel as the LG but all of the accessories-the base and the remote in particular are far superior in quality-the leather back and the back light on the remote are amazing and the ambilight just an extra bonus. Stunning picture-right out the box easier than the lg in my opinion ; so far so very impressed

Picture perfect and works great with Xbox and PlayStation although I did have to make some adjustments in the Xbox console settings to get the best out of it. Honestly I think it’s a brilliant tv with excellent sound without the need for a sound bar.

The only negatives I would say is that the remote could be better, in a dark room it can be difficult to see what buttons are where and personally I find the light that stays on for a millisecond when you press a button to be pointless. But after having it a month I know where the main buttons I need to use are just by touch. Only other negative is that picture settings have to be adjusted with certain sources to get the best out of the tv. I notice most of the bad reviews for this tv are from 2021 and many of those problems have been resolved through software updates. I recommend this tv to anyone it’s the best tv I have had bar none and the ambilight is amazing(I never had before)

Amazing quality in pictures and sound. Even SD flourishes. 4K blows you away. Rich vibrant colours Impress. Ambilite is not a gimmick, it adds to the overall experience.

Good TV for gaming, ambilight adds loads to gaming immersion. Need a dark room for best results.

I have had thus tv for a couple of years now and it really is a lovely tv, picture quality is really good, lots of settings to adjust the pictures for your own personal preference.

I have tried different types of Ambilight but nothing comes close to the rest thing, brilliant watching movies at night.

Picture quality really good. Unfortunately sound quality not so good. Wish I had bought with sound bar built in. Need to buy a sound bar.

Ambilight mixed with great picture quality is a winner everytime.

Never thought watching TV could be so more interesting , the effect with the Ambilighting immerse you in the TV as if the effects are happing behind your tv

I'm enjoying the clear and vibrant picture and the sound is better that I expected for a thin profile. the Menu systems is a bit confusing, I cannot always remember how to get through the menus to adjust simple settings. and the remote, whilst aesthetically pleasing, there is not enough demarcation between the "button" so it is too easy to make incorrect selections.

Always wanted to get a Ambilight TV to go with my Philips Hue setup. Moving house now, so an opportunity to get the TV and set it up properly. Good thing is that the wife likes it as well!

After returning a 'higher spec' TV because the colours seemed washed out, we selected the Philips. Getting it home it has delivered, amazing image quality. The big surprise was the Ambilight feature, I had dismissed as a gimmick, is actually a great enhancement to the viewing experience..

This TV has a fantastic screen. Ambilight is great and really adds to the viewing experience. Unfortunately when I first bought the set I had major issues with the sound using Arc/eArc and a soundbar (also a Philips. You'd think they'd test with their own kit!). The sound would get lost, e.g. when turning on or switching inputs. Or be out of sync with the picture ahead of the sound. HOWEVER, since a December firmware update this has been much improved for me and I have had almost no further issues. But I am left with the impression of flakey software that I don't have a lot of confidence in. Having found many similar comments online since purchasing the set I wish I'd known about them beforehand.
