Went for this one as reasonable price, but feel it is basic and wish now I had paid more for more options.

I bought this toothbrush for my husband as his old one had worn out after many years of use. He loves the size and weight of this toothbrush and it cleans his teeth well.

Toothbrush is great, but always fails to hold charge/recharge after a year. I am on my third one in three years and it’s slowly starting to fail again. And what a surprise - it only starts happening just as the warranty runs out. For this price, I will be moving onto Oral B in hopes they are not disposable like these Philips toothbrushes! Such a shame, because this toothbrush cleans my teeth perfectly.

Cleans well with a good battery life would recommend

My wife and l have been using Philips Sonic toothbrushes for years, but recently l have the feeling that the quality is not as good as it used to be. Lately I've had one with the start button collapse and n another one, the central shafts holding the brush became very loose and totally failed (and no, it had mot been dropped). This was approximately less than 18 months old.

Not impressed. I haven't made contact under warranty, because l know I'll be told it has been dropped. I've also mentioned previously, that in my opinion they are overcharging for both the toothbrush and accessories.

The case is absolutely rubbish and not fit to bear the Philips brand name. The clasp doesn't close and the product doesn't even fit. It looks like a very cheap Far East-manufactured poor quality waste of plastic. Haven't had time to test the product yet but if it is as poor as the case it will be returned! Disappointed.

Battery life not as good as advertised and not any where near as good as my old Philips

This Philips electric toothbrush has less features than the more expensive models but having used those in the past, this suits my needs perfectly. Easy to use and excellent at keeping my teeth clean. Highly recommended

Recommended by my dentist as I’m a heavy handed brusher and the round headed brand just don’t work for me. These are brilliant. My teeth feel clean and are stain free. It’s pretty basic as toothbrushes go but who actually needs an app/ different speeds, I just need something that’s going to clean my teeth well, which it does. Bought it when it was discounted and although heads are pricey, they are worth it.

I was reluctant to start using the Sonicare toothbrush as I was afraid it could damage my bridge.I was recommended to use the Sonicare by my hygeinist. I also have an implant and I have a chronic infection but the implant is stuck fast so I have to manage this. I am very pleased with how the Sonicare performs on all my teeth, natural or not and at last the gum around my implant has stopped bleeding. I found it easy to use and if I press too hard the Sonicare beeps to let me know. It was easy to charge which took 12 hours. I think the charge should last 3 weeks but I only charged 2 days ago so can't comment. The charging stand is a double pin (bathroom) so I had to buy an adaptor until I have a charging point in the bathroom. The toothbrush is light and sits comfortably in the hand and this version came with a neat hard plastic travel case. The brush head is small but very effective and is easy to manouevre around the mouth. It tickled my gums the first few times I used this.

Noticeable results within a week. Lovely smooth polished feel to the teeth & it doesn't make me spit blood like all other forms of brushing

The sonic toothbrush does all that I wanted from It. I do not need lots of bells and whistles from an electric toothbrush and this model does exactly what one would want it to do. It effectively cleans your teeth with a head that easily reaches every part of the mouth.

I am very happy with the Sonic. It is the second one I have bought. It does everything it says and it should.

However, my previous one lasted about a year until it started to vibrate very badly and really didn't move much. Out of any guarantee I looked up how to take it apart to find the whole mechanism is dependent on one screw holding the vibrating pin.

Possibly the worst design I have seen for what is an expensive product.

When it works, it works well. Just hope this one doesn't do the same as the last one.

as far as toothbrush goes this has far surpassed my expectations, lovely small head making directional cleaning easier, change in sound indicates too much pressure applied and long charge life.

the end result is a much healthier mouth and cleaner teeth and the benefit to be able to target gum line cleaning which has always been difficiult

I'm so shocked how better this brush cleans than the other electric toothbrush I was using. It really does a fantastic job. I have swapped mine and my husbands over, will soon swap the kids over aswell. Brilliant battery life too.

This is a good toothbrush but it has it's limitations. My previous brush from another manufacturer had circular heads which I found were better suited to get into crevices between my teeth. It also came with timer that could count down the remaining brush time and most importantly the brush head replacements were much cheaper. This is not to say that this is a poor toothbrush it is not but ido believe that there are better alternatives out there

We used to purchase the other well known electric toothbrush,but dental hygienist recommended Phillips one ,a little expensive maybe but definitely worth it , without doubt keeps teeth and gums beautifully clean, really happy with purchase

The brush is excellent, easy to use, charge lasts ages, teeth feel clean. Only 4 stars as the "travel case" it comes with is not fit for purpose, cheap plastic, never shut securely, threw away on day 1. Buy without the travel case!
