I bought this 3 weeks ago from the airport to enjoy music in the hotel room, it is great, good bass, excellent sound, battery lasts ages, when got home we could turn it up louder and still very impressed, would definitely recommend

When I compared this model with others like Marshall and jbl I thought it had better sound in the same category. I realized when I received and really tried it out that for the price there was going to be limitations to really how great it would sound bc this is not an expensive speaker and what can you expect ? My ultimate thought was , why buy the newer replacement when I can get this at a much reduced price with very likely the same quality tweeters and wolfer . After all how can they really improve things these days unless they drastically up the quality of the functioning parts and that means the price goes up significantly and it doesn't in the replacement. In the end I like it. It puts a great vibe wherever I carry it. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

I purchased this speaker in order to play music in a large hall environment for an afternoon and evening. The speaker performed perfectly with bass boost adding to the quality of the sound. Highly recommend and have already persuaded a friend to buy one.

Firstly good sound stage ,but quite a directional setup.

Nice design ,with a good quality fit and finish.

No charger supplied, only a "white" USB type C to C cable with a black product?

USB C cable doesn't support fast data only fast charge(minor gripe)

Battery is supposed to last 25 hours, that is a huge overestimation.

Currently seeing around 8 Hours depending on volume level and settings.

Overall good quality Sony product with poor battery life.

The sound quality is very good. Well balanced tones. The setup is easy and great through the app.

I bought the XG300 speaker for myself about a month ago. It is a very good speaker, charges up well, lasts for hours, and produces a clear and powerful sound. I would recommend it.

Only gave 4 stars as I had to purchase adapter for charging! Surely this should have been included as item was expensive.

We need to bring music to a large family get together and I hoped that this linked to my iPhone would do the trick. It has and it produces excellent sound in a very convenient package. Nicely put together as I would expect. Well done

Easy to connect to blue tooth devices once you know how to activate the discovery mode.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present last august and it is amazing. The sound quality is phenomenal. I love heavy rock and the bass is the best I've heard on a mobile speaker. The battery does last 25 hrs.

Sony SRS-XG300 fabulous wireless speaker. I like listening to jazz and the sound is fantastic with this speaker I would highly recommend.

I bought this as a way to have music in a classic car without having to alter any wiring or cut holes in the trim. It works as expected and as described in the product info. In my opinion the product could be improved by allowing Bluetooth connection to a device such as a mp3/media player instead of restricting Bluetooth connection to just smart phones.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. It is very portable and stylish. Sound quality is excellent, the bass keeps the heart pumping. When doing presentations that has voice or music gives it the edge that is needed. I enjoy using this product and could be linked with other bluetooth speakers to give exceptional sound experience.

The sound quality is not good, to say the least, very far from Jbl quality, so bad I'm now hardly using it.

Tried several locations in the living room, hardly any improvement.

And the product is far to heavy to call it portable.

Very disappointed.

Great looking speaker, quality clear sound with deep bass, good projection of sound, easy set up and functions, amazing battery life, dust proof & waterproof is a great benefit (not tried), telephone Bluetooth is good.

Only 1 con would be the weight for some people, but feels well built and sturdy.
