Washing results are not very good
I have owned this Washing machine for the past 2 years. Although its Washing drum capacity is bigger, i am not satisfied by its washing results, the other washing machine of 8 kg which i am also using ,cleans stains better than this 12 kg lg machine. The temperature of water does not feel like its really washing the clothes for example at 60 degrees.
The spinning cycle of heavy laundry is sometimes halted automatically and it requires manual shifting of weight inside the drum , after this you are able to resume the spinning of clothes normally.
If you are looking for a big washing machine which effectively washes the stains out of clothes, i would recommend to go with 10 kg Bosch or siemens.
