Hyvä lisä matkalle mukaan
Ostin objektiivin matkailukuvia varten. Monipuolinen objektiivi, hinnan ja laadun suhde kohdallaan. Toimi minulla tarkoituksen mukaisesti.
annukla45–54v Lovely light/small walk about lens, but struggles in low light
I had a f2.8 EF-s 17-55mm, ( lovely results) but find it very heavy and bulky as an all day walk about when travelling/ on city breaks. Purchased this lens as so light/ tiny. It struggles a bit in very low light but just had to use SS and ISO to compensate. Would be nice if better in low light, but then it would be heavy…
Great lightweight multi purpose lens
I bought this lens for my R50 camera specially for my trip to Canada & New York. I wanted to take one multi purpose lightweight lens to cover the majority of photo opportunities on my holiday. So far it has been great, I have easily carried it everywhere with me.
Hyvä perusobjektiivi
Objektiivi joka pitäisi olla jokaisen Canon omistajan kamerarepussa
New lens
RF-S18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens I was not disappointed with the quality of lens results.
Superb lens, great quality, has the range for a go to lens
Very pleased with this lens, came as kit lens with my EOS R7. It has the range from 18mm wide for landscape to 150mm for portraits. Being lightweight it is a perfect lens to use day to day for general shooting.
A very good starter lens
The lens came in a kit with my R7. It seems to work well as a general purpose lens. I have taken close ups of flowers and a fast moving child. This combination of camera and lens makes this easy. The only drawback is the relatively small aperture.
If you had to choose one lens for the R50 this is the one
The RF-S 18-150mm F3.5 - 6.3 is the perfect lens for the APSC EOS R50
I took this on holiday, and apart from a few shots taken with the wide angle 10mm-18mm this lens was in full use. My wife appreciated not having to assist with the lens changes! This lens should really be the kit lens for the R50.
Light and compact with a useful zoom range
The R7 with this lens is light, compact, portable and versatile. The R7's superb performance in low light makes up for the lens's modest maximum aperture.

Excellent for a kit lens
Despite adding additional lenses since purchasing the 18-150, it still lives on my R7 and has been so versatile on trips. It has so many uses from portrait to landscape and is surprisingly good in low light
Nice sharp lens. Manual focus perhaps need more tightness
Very pleased with the sharpness and focus. Howeve, when using manual focus, it feels a little on the loose side and it would benefit from a tighter fit so the focus doesn’t slip
Monipuolinen yleisobjektiivi
My experiance with the RF 18-150
This is the second RF 18-150 I've purchased (the first one came as a kit with the R7 and was damaged beyond repair in a accident which the camera survived), I also have a 90D with a EF_S18-135 and i must admit the extra reach over this lens is good and is also in my opinion a excellent walk about lens, it's done all i want when on holiday, i highly recommend this lens
Jack of All Trades Lens
I purchased this lens as an every day travel lens. It does the job perfectly, gives sharp results and even works well when photographing butterflies.
Great entry kit lens
I opted for this 18-150 over the other jointly launched 18-45 lens along with the R7. It’s nice and small and weighs next to nothing. Native RF mount doesn’t need the EF adaptor and brings all the Canon features like fast shooting & IS + IBIS. Capturing video is fine for my needs and the gol al length is great. I have plenty of EF glass (including L and EF-S) to adapt (that work fab) but this lens still is part of my kit bag. Sadly no pouch or lens hood so got to add those too.
Nice handy lens
Been using for just over a month, works well and gives good results
Lightweight Zoom
I bought this lens with the Canon R7 because I was wanting a lightweight outfit. I am in my late 70s and was finding my Canon 70d and travel zoom too heavy when out walking. Range 18-150 excellent for general photography, and looks like being excellent quality.
Good all round lens
All happy with lens to date.
Great lens which gives great stabilisation coupled with the R7 built in stabilisation.
This lens came as part of the EOS R7 kit package. I have found the Lens to be great so far whether used for wide or full zoom. Landscapes are good as are portraits and close ups of flowers. The lens complements the R7 and is slim so causes no issue with the gap between grip and lens barrel.
Great Compact
Purchased with R7, gives a great range from wide to telephoto, light but by no means a lightweight. Great carry all day lens for all occasions
Excellent, compact 'walkabout' lens
This is a great walkabout lens with 8x zoom for the EOS RF-S product line. I purchased with, and use with an R7. I bought the R7 as a compact backup to my R5, but also to double as a 'travel light' camera. As such it replaced an M50 with the same EF-M lens. I recognised the lens as a modified mount version of the same EF-M lens and happily bought on that basis. While it is not weatherproof and has a plastic rather than metal mount, he image sharpness, contrast and colour rendition are excellent for a non-L lens. But particularly it is compact and lightweight. With lens and camera separated and capped they will each fit in a larger coat pocket; don't excite interest in use with incognito photography; will easily fit in a small camera or similar shoulder bag even with another lens such as the RF100-400. Now just need the EF-M 11-22 WA zoom and 22mm f2 to be released as RF-S as collectively they make a really compact, wide zoom range 'travel light' kit.
Fast, sharp, but need firmware R6+RF-S 18-150
Fast, sharp. With branded plastic in canon color. And most importantly, small. Replacing ef-m with an analog in the future. I use it with R6. But there are 2 unexpected and unpleasant moments. First, the ring on the lens does not work in function mode (it just does not react ), but it works in manual focus mode. Second, in 120 fps video mode, it is not possible to shoot due to the blocking of this function. I am waiting for a firmware with a fix. The glass is excellent
A very handy sized lens
I must have been one of the very first “man in the street” to get my hands on this lens along with the R7 camera. Good sharp images, most useful when my R7 and EF100-400mm 4.-5.6 L2 i(160-640mm equivalent) combination is just too powerful and I need a light weight compact lens to both keep the weight down and has the flexibility to enable me to cover music gigs and festivals with just two lenses
New R7 and RF 18-150 lens
Lens is fine the Camera is not. Grainy which destroys sharpness. Wished I never bought the kit
