TV works fine for the most part, but Android build is missing some part resulting in a negative experience overall.

Things like a working webbrowser and apps would go a long way to a better customer experience. App's like Chrome, Firefox, Formula 1 TV, Amazon Prime Video, Ziggo Go, Odido TV, KPN iTV and a lot of other apps don't work and/or can't be installed. So it's basically a dumb TV with a few working Android apps.

And it's constantly trying to get you to launch Disney plus content by advertising this when you turn on the TV, even when you don't have a subscription and this can't be disabled.

Bought this tv one year ago and I had to return it after a week because of speakers fault.. However loved the picture quality and amblight so decided to give another go for it. One year later same fault happened again and now out of warranty.. Really disapointing..

Helppo oli asentaa, mahtava kuvanlaatu (värit, tarkkuus), valaistu kaukosäädin plussaa. Käyttöliittymä erityisen toimiva ja yksinkertainen. Ambient light tuo hienon efektin. Suosittelen.

Love the picture quality, but ambilight does it for me, can never go back

TV näyttää hyvältä, säädöt ei ole ihan parhaat mahdolliset ensi istumalta mutta säätäminen on helppoa. Ambilight on yllättävän hyvä ominaisuus. Google TV on ihan ok, mutta ei kykene samaan aikaan käyttämään google assistanttia ja olemaan suomenkielinen. (Tämäkin on ok, voi käyttää englanninkielisenä jos voi elää ruotsinkielisen ohjelmaoppaan kanssa. Kaiken muun voi kääntää suomenkieliseksi menukielestä huolimatta ohjelmaopasta lukuun ottamatta)

This is my 2nd Philips Ambilight television, the two main reasons I upgraded was 1st OLED and 2nd was 120hz display for my Xbox Series X.

The sound is great for such a thin Tv. It supports iMax, which Disney+ have some content that’s filmed that way. I’ve linked mine to Panasonic Soundslayer sound board that is Dolby Atmos and DTS.

The only thing I don’t like and not sure how to tweak the settings, when I’m playing my Xbox Series X, the video keeps switching causing the display to flash, it looks like it’s trying to look at the image and adjust it, but sometimes this happens every 15/20 seconds, but watching Sky Q it doesn’t flash at all.

Would I recommend it, yes absolutely.

The Ambient lighting is why I purchased this TV. It creates an immersive experience. There was an issue with my first purchase with a sound issue. It took a long time to get sorted and in the end Philips agreed to exchange the tv for a new one.

I really love this telly, the panel is the best imo and gives a really good picture. The Ambience from the Ambilight is just perfect and really improves the overall visual experience. Also the sound isn’t bad either considering it has no additional sound bar. Altogether I am pretty happy with it, as the look of the TV is very nice as well as the remote which is backed in leather… nice touch.

If you want to hear the cons for the TV I would say it has a few but they are minor really so I felt it was still worth 5 stars.

Firstly, the worst thing is that not all AV channels are UHD, only two are which I feel is not enough. Second, the menus are a bit funny, the AV menu seems to change positions or not show all ports and generally it feels a bit clunky. Lastly, the place where a stand would go is missing the Ambilight sand if you have wall mounted like I have, Al small area at bottom of the screen is without LEDs. It’s a shame we can’t add a little row of LEDs to fit into the gap the stand would have been.

Excellent value with a picture and sound better than a Sony costing 50% more. UHD is outstanding. Sound is good enough to not require a sound bar.
