Had approximately 3 years and initially it was ok apart from poor black which looked more like gray , I'm now getting green lines on screen and having to reset the TV.

I bought this after seeing it in my sons house was really impressed with the sound and picture tone and the setting up was really easy to follow as I am not very good at Technology am loving it

This TV has a an ITV picture which keeps breaking up. This happened soon after purchase and the dealer told us to re-tune the TV. This we did and sure enough the breaking up stopped. But only for a while. We have had the same problem several times and re-tuning solves it. Why does this TV need to be retuned regularly? There are other TVs in the house which do not need regular retuning>

I've had this TV for almost 2 years and it's great picture is fabulous and for movie's it's like being at the cinema if you change the picture settings sound quality is very important for me

The TV isn’t 2 years old and there is shadows on the screen. There is nothing Sony can do as the warranty isn’t 5 years like the website states it’s only 1 year. I would never recommend or buy a Sony product again.

Tv is ok but my opinion needs more memory.and Disney app didn't work . won't let me sign in just Disney logo show up.i try to reset tv And still the same

Since we got it, it just made our living room amazing, great product at good value.

I am surprised of the quality and design and menu and options and easy access to apps and TV channels it's the best TV I have ever had

I chose this TV because my workplace uses them in their classrooms plus it suits my Sony PS5 and Xbox series X plus my Sky stream the pictures on this tv is outstanding, the sound on it’s speaks is very good I use my surround sound system via HDMI 3 which controls the amp when you switch tv on the amp comes on automatically with the correct HDMI cable. I am very happy with it, well done Sony!

Bought this TV a month ago, I’ve seen a lot of higher priced TV’s with lesser picture quality, although I openly admit I’m a long term Sony customer. They never disappoint. My only complaint is the dodgy onboard WiFi, it will disconnect and reconnect each use, with text boxes appearing all of a sudden and hanging around for quite a while while it sorts itself out, which if you’re watching a film is annoying/distracting. There doesn’t appear to be any advice on remedying this either. If I could remove just half a star I would, but as the point of it as a device is to immerse oneself into whatever you’re watching, it’s a big issue for me.

Confession first: I’m a Sony goon. BUT I did look around to make sure they were the brand to go with, and once again they haven’t let me down. Great TV with a superior picture compared to higher price levels, and with the standard options in the settings too. Very pleased as usual.

Since I've had the TV been so happy so much better than my old TV in all aspects and especially playing my playstation picture is so sharp and sound is amazing compared to my old TV and any TV I have ever owned

Bought this 10 days ago and really pleased with it. The screen is great and really good for PS5. The fact that it is a Sony means it interacts with the PS5 really well. Gives you a great picture.

Bought this Sony 65inch 4K tv January 2024 this is my 4th Sony tv over the years. It was easy to set up and I would recommend this tv.

Television failed after two weeks. Simply died unexpectedly one evening and could not be restarted or 'resuscitated'.

I've had Sony products most of my life.i have had 2 75 in TV since 2016. The quality of the product is simply great.great colours and features.

Wanted bigger tv Bought this 8 months ago. Hard to work out how to just watch tv not Netflix, Prime etc etc. screen goes blank for no reason, then comes back on displaying all streaming channels. Tried Reset but same thing happens

The TV is ok, it looks very good, but it still has software problems.

When I turn it on, it does not recognize the saved TV channels only if I go forward on the program grid.

Even if I select another TV channel from the grid, it doesn't pick up the first selection. I have to do the operation twice.

Then the TV works fine.

He also has problems selecting subtitles from one of the remote controls
