Hi delighted with picture quality sound quality. The only thing that lets us TV down is the remote is not illuminated.

I bought the Tv 3 years ago and have a 5 year warranty.

A line has appeared at the bottom of the screen and Sony wont repair it, they say I have misused the tv when all I do is watch movies and shows on the tv. Me and my wife are in our 50’s and do not play any games or anything, how this can be classed as misuse is beyond me.

Don’t buy any Sony products as the warranty is useless.

I bought this and generally everything was fine however the ease of using apps is way below expectations and the to kept changing itself to using subtitles when we had turned it off

Would highly recommend and I wouldn’t have any other make of TV

Only have it a few weeks; so far very pleased with it: Sound quality very good and picture quality also excellent. No need for a sound bar.

Amazing product. Easy to use, many function, nice vision.

No 120 hz at 4k model numbers make it confusing rediculous

Sony was once one of the best tv’s around now I am not so sure.

The matter with my television was dealt with very quickly and efficiently

fantastic tv,really easy to set up,brilliant sound and picture,the oled is awesome,makes such a difference for the night time scenes,easily the best TV I've ever bought,would highly recommend.

I bought this product to replace my Sony OLED that lasted less than 3 years. Unfortunately this one doesn’t seem to be much better. Turns off by itself while watching for no reason, slow interface which means you press the arrow keys several times before it responds and then it goes past the option you wanted. Clearly inferior processors have been used which is shocking given the price of this set. Dead pixels complete the disaster. Would not recommend this or any other Sony TV.

Bought this after watching availability and prices for a while. Review obvious competition (LG Samsung) and this ticked more boxes overall. For us the SD viewing and upscaling was important viewing some older material on TV. The Android system was an attraction too with the power of development behind it. Hopefully it will be updated and current for a long time

Great telly fits well in our living room had a 50” but upgraded to 55” Sony Bravia Oled model and are very happy with the TV, function are easy to navigate and there plenty of choice in picture quality and sound so there’s something for everybody to choose from

I bought this TV to replace a 46" Sony, which I bought in 2010 and gave years of good service. When this TV was set up (a doddle), I was amazed by how much better the picture was, the vivid colours, the amazing black levels, how technology has come on over the years! What the future will bring us, who knows?

I’ve purchased this TV and it impresses me every time I watch something HD the picture quality is impressive. The apps are great including Cody. The performance is great but now after a few years there is a problem happening on the TV. I don’t know if it’s the TV itself That I hear clicking noise like TV have turned on, but TV is not on. I don’t know if that’s a manufacturing fault but TV is working fine till now

Bought it just over a year ago. Generally OK but quite poor when viewing dark scenes/scenes set at night, with a lot a black. The colour black always shows up with 'ghosts' of dark red/dark brown/etc running through it. TV never preformed well in these type of scenes. Disappointed as good black display abilities was one of the main reasons I bought it.

Would love to be able to tune it easier. Not everyone is tech savvy. Proving a nightmare to set up.

I had previously bought a Sony 3D tv 9 years ago I always fancied a newer tv preferably a oled tv I read a lot of reviews on other makes but for some reason I was drawn back to Sony I had no issues with my previous tv so do you take the chance with another make obviously not that's why I'm writing this review lol

Bought this recently and absolutely love it! We used to have LG and this is so much better
