Asus TUF Gaming Capture Box (CU4K30) -videokaappari

Purchased this for my new streaming YouTube channel. This thing is fantastic - when it works. To get it to work I have to constantly pull the USB C cable from it (its connected a ASUS Dash 15 laptop with 3060) I either have frozen video or no audio, pulling the power/USB C for about 15 seconds fixes it, most of the time but some time I have to do it multiple times. OBS recognises it but again sometimes video is frozen on first launch and you have to go into properties in OBS and change something/anything and then video appears. Once up and running this thing is fantastic, I'm streaming at 1440p/60 and it looks really good. However its just incredibly frustrating to use, if it worked consistently without all the reboots it would without doubt be a 5 star product but due to this its getting 2, as when I go to start a stream and have to spend 10 minutes getting the CU4K30 to actually give video and audio. Once it froze and crashed my PC so I had to end my stream early. Mail to ASUS support yielded the standard - contact your reseller, but I can't afford to be with out it sending it back for replacement and not being able to stream. So its become a keep using it and wait for something that performs as well but it more reliable to replace it device, not what I usually expect from ASUS.
