why is the slot too small. the size of most breads are larger than the slot in the toaster. i have had to trim edges of bread to fit a slice in.

2* because this is the world's most frustrating toaster. It is too small to fit a full slice of bread in so half of the slice is un-toasted. You then flip it around and give it 20 seconds and it cremates the rest of the bread. Won't be buying one again

Great toaster bought with matching kettle. I loved the bamboo finished lids but come on guys a plastic lid on a toaster??? Mine's already warped as a result of somebody putting it back before the toaster had cooled. Surely a solid piece of bamboo would have been possible and much more ecologically sound.

It is made from 100 percent bio-based plastics so therefore helps to protect the environment and saves energy.

It has 8 browning functions and a defrost option, also has the pull out tray to collect crumbs.

Highly recommended.

The toaster has 8 heat settings and is eco friendly. The pastry rack is amazing for heating up croissants or bagels. Overall, I just love this toaster and I will definitely be purchasing the rest of the eco range to match in my kitchen!!

I very much like the amount of settings (8) to make a toast there are, everyone in our house seems to like their toast slightly different! As we try to limit food waste, we tend to use frozen bread from time to time and the defrost option made the process so much easier. The bun rack and reheating option were put to the test too, and did not disappoint. Lastly. I love that it has a slide put tray to remove any excess crumbles, and prevent any smoking and allowes it to be kept very clean!

There was enough room for two slices of toast, at a squeeze. It also comes with a very glamorous wooden look lid, for use only when the toaster isn't in use and has cooled down.
