I got this about half a year ago. Crisp screen and it's nice that it's touch screen. Good feeling keyboard and Chrome OS is what it is, so happy with that. I also use it plugged to a 27" Samsung screen which is a USB-C dock, so I get a 4K desktop setup easily and nicely. My only complaint is that the USB-C dock functionality only works with one of the two USB-C connectors, but that's minor.
Unfolded is a different use, and the kids use it to draw stuff. A bit too big as an alternative to a tablet, but that's not the point.
My main use is around the Google suit anyway: Gmail, Google docs, sheets, etc and for that it's perfect. It doesn't really get hot or noisy, it's light... it's perfect at what it does (for me).
I'm very happy with it!
