I had a small Samsung 24inch VA monitor and it was small for my need so I decided to buy a bigger one instead and since this one was in promotion in Black Friday so I bought it.
Initial impression was that the screen is very big and bright. It was too bright that even hurted my eyes a bit but fortunately we could fix it by adjusting the brightness down. The screen has high refresh rate, we could get up to 144hz in Mac OS with an HDMI 2.0 cable.
The color quality is surprising good compared with an Asus Rog Swift PG32UQ (€1100). Even this G5 screen only 2K but it doesn't look so much different to a 4K screen, there is so little diffrerence that eyes can't really tell the difference at a normal viewing distance.
32 inch is also a perfect size for studying, gaming, office work.
IPS screen makes the colors pop at almost any viewing angle.
In my opinion, this is a good all around monitor for Mac, PC, offfice or gamer. Considering the good price, fair build quality, big screen size, good IPS color quality, high refresh rates, low input delay, I would say yes go for it.
Also, I forgot to mention about adjustable stand, you can tilt swivel pivot the screen.
