Easy to set up and use. Great range of grind sizes, and looks stylish too.

My partner had this grinder and was impressed with the ease of its use. Being a coffee head and having Nouvo Simonelli Oscar 2 and a Grinta grinder that is 10 years old, I thought I’d see the quality espresso with this grinder. I was a little concern initially that the grind wouldn’t be fine enough for good espresso. This is not the case. The additional grind setting on the top burr has proved great. I could go on but it’s easy to use, get to dial n a grinder and dose, easy to sway coffee

As the hopper is so easy to remove and replace, and there’s an anti-static container as well. Whether using it for all brewing methods or just espresso, for the price you’ll be unable to match. Delivery was so quick. The price was incredible

After looking at lots of coffee grinders and reading lots reviews, I settled on the Kitchen Aid Burr Grinder. I am pleased with my choice, the colour fits with other appliances and does not take up too much space. Although only using for use in Espresso machine the grind is perfect, easy to use and quieter than I expected.

I'm being asked to review a process where I got no communication. Where the item was NOT repaired / returned.

Coffee grinder looks great, is very quiet in use and the ground coffee container empties cleanly leaving no residue stuck to the sides with static.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue so far is that the you cannot weight the amount of coffee is produced unless you have a separate accurate scale, as it only calculate the amount of time it grinds for each program and not the actual weight of coffee.

Well made, quiet and well performing coffee grinder. I am using it for espresso machine so tried the finest grind setting and it produced very fine and uniform powder, making excellent espresso! Very happy with the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grinder is much quieter than my previous grinder. There are lots of clever designs in it. The people that designed it really thought it through. I love the fact that the bean reservoir closes itself when you take it off. Ideally I would have multiple bean reservoirs for different coffees but unfortunately I haven't found a way to buy a spare one. Also very clever how the grind reservoir is sealed to the grinder so no more mess (unless you use the espresso holder - another clever idea how that is stored inside the foot).

Lots of grinding options, from super coarse to super fine with something like 60 steps and if that isn't enough you can fine-adjust the grinders themselves as well.

Each grind adjusts the length of grinding so it's always about the same amount of beans that gets ground.

The only little gripe I have with it is that the housing is plastic and feels plasticky - not what I expected from KitchenAid where most of their tools have metal housing.

Want to get that 20-30sec shot, then don't buy this machine, it's asthetically pleasing in design and performance, is quiet and functions well across the range, except for grinding the beans fine enough for espresso. And don't waste your time communicating by email, they NEVER answer.

I don’t get stomach pain with freshly ground coffee like I did with instant coffee. Never going back!
