Buttons on top crapped out and started jamming and milk frother stop frothing milk and only warmed it.

Tried to contact to get a replacement but never heard back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had 4 different Nespresso machines over the years and been really happy. I drink one coffee a day, and since I have it with milk, I thought the Latissima One Cup would be perfect. I was wrong.

                  Firstly, the machine is quite noisy for a new machine, but not terrible. There’s quite a few parts to the milk container which seems a bit fiddly. On 3 occasions, I’ve made my coffee for work and gone to drink it in the car and the coffee hasn’t dispensed and I’ve been left drinking lukewarm milk. There is always residual milk left in the dispenser and the milk isn’t hot enough (I know it’s not meant to be piping hot, but it’s ‘warm’). Finally, there is so much milk foam and this cannot be adjusted. I like a flat white and used to use the Aerocino with my previous machines. This machine only does super frothy milk. If you like espresso or capuccino, then this machine may work for you. I wish I hadn’t purchased this and will be going back to my old Essenza mini.

Looks stylish and makes a decent coffee. Ph stick to test the water hardness was missing but no biggie. Still fiddling out coffee sizes too balance coffee and milk ratios.

After reading the brief instructions, I am still in the dark on how to make coffee they way I want or like. For example, I wouldn't mind something like the picture above but I have no clue how to do that. I wish I hadn't bothered, as the expense is not worth the little extra of it frothing your milk. Wish I'd stuck to the basic one.

I have owned this for 18 months, and have struggled with the constant cleaning ( we dont use the milk component) required to stop the coffee tasting bitter. I have an older machine. at use in another building that requires next to no cleaning. This machine has been sent back to Nespresso because of this but they assure me there is nothing wrong with it. Beware of this model. very poor design

Bought from Farmers a couple of years ago and it packed up a couple of months ago. I would not recommend. The water and coffee stopped coming out.

Very disappointed with this machine, milk component is unreliable often faulting with clean error even if it is fresh from being washed and dried. Machine returned for repair 1 month after purchase.

I have had a Nespresso machine for about 3 years and have had no problems with the milk frothing, I have updated to this machine and the milk just does not froth, as I bought on a subscription plan im stuck with it. I know that it says to use trim milk but that is disgusting as I have always used milk straight from the vat and never had an issue before

Enjoying coffee like in a Cafe. Great options for the capsules and different varieties of coffee to choose. Really happy that we bought this model.

Great coffee machine. My previous coffee machine was also a Lattissima one too.
