3 months After the 12 warranty expired one earbud stopped working and used infrequently. Nice sound otherwise so disappointed.

Good sound. But after 10 months one earphone stopped working.

Worked since 2020 on me birthday n never let me down.

I bought these about 2 years ago. The quality is nice, they are not noise-cancel headphones, which is great for activities like cycling, being aware of your surroundings etc. Sony is a good brand, flexible with android and ios devices.

However, their microphone is not great. I have to speak quite loud so people can hear me and sometimes they cannot hear me well at all, which leads me to remove them, defeating the whole purpose.

Overall they are nice, but I would not buy again this specific product.

One year of use and the headset simply stopped working.

However I'm apparently not allowed to just use one word to describe it so had to add random etters - unbelievable!!!!!

I lost it so easily and couldn't do a lot with it cuz now I can't find it

My first Bluetooth earbuds. They work well with good sound. Comfortable in the ears and easy to understand the various processes involved.

Bought these through reward points scheme at work, fantastic buy at first brilliant sound, and after 4 months with them kept well and regularly charged, stopped working. They won't connect to my phone and the right earpod is completely dead.

These were bought for my Son, used most days but in under two months one bud would no longer charge. Returned for a refund and will not be replacing with the same.

These ear buds are a high quality product, a great design, packed with features for taking and making calls and their sound quality is excellent. They connect perfectly via Bluetooth each time to my mobile, great value for their cost.

I bought this a few months ago and about a month ago the left ear bud wouldn't produce any sound unless it's pressed at a certain angle, I hwve re initialised it and done all other trouble shooting ans it still doesn't work, and you cannot find a sony representative to help anywhere. Before the earbud malfunctioned I was very happy with tye product

I bought this product mid July. The sound quality is fine, but I could not get them to stay in my ears. I don't have this issue with other earphones, I think this may be due to the shape/weighting of these earphones.

For two weeks now, one of the earphones refuses to connect and the other one refuses to stay in my ear.

I enjoy going to the gym, and it is not unusually for the earphone to slip out mid-set.

The sound quality is not bad at all, but for the price I paid, I would expect more longevity.

Looked at all in this price range ,very happy with my purchase.

I bought these a couple weeks ago and I was excited but then I utha them mainly cause of the AI and the Assistant doesn’t even work properly
