The charge is very quick on this device too, around an hour for full charge. The instructions are very easy to understand and carry out. The device is smooth and sturdy and doesn’t give out a massive amount of noise, there are different heads for different lengths and also a beard trimmer to leave stubble. Arvosana 5/5[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what can I say; the Philips hairclipper series 5000 washable hair clipper has revolutionised the hair trimming game for me personally. I thought my previous trimmers were good, but after getting these you will not be disappointed. The stylish and attractive design is lightweight and easy to hold while cutting the hair. It is very versatile, allowing for trims corded or cordlessly, which allows you to glide through hair effortlessly without the need for cables getting in the way. The hair cutter is very, very quiet compared to any other clippers I’ve used in the past and it creates neat lines and cuts, with adjustable cutting lengths like if you were a professional barber. You can cut hair in one swoop instead of doing multiple sweeps in one area, getting all the hairs first time. Which is perfect for my disabled father who can not sit for very long. The trimmers glided through his hair and It took a lot less time to cut and style his hair than previously before. The blades glide effortlessly and do not snag or dig in the scalp, with him stating that it “didn’t feel like I was cutting his hair at all”. Which is also a great feature for kids who hate having there hair cut. There is no need to oil or to treat the blades, which I had to do on my previous clippers. Which gives the Philips hairclipper series 5000 washable hair clipper a much more versatile and advantage to other clippers about, making them a lot more easier to maintain. Especially when it comes to cleaning them. Running the blades under a tap to get rid of all the fine hair that seemed impossible to get rid of in the past, was weird at first, but now I wouldn’t have it any other way. It feels and looks like you are using a brand new clipper each time you trim your hair, as washing the blades in water allows for a easier clean process to hair cutting. Convert! You will not be disappointed. Not only for the quiet, easy and cordless free trimming that lasts up to 90 minutes.
