Extremely hot surface!
The only cool surface where you can hold it is on the handle. The rest of the surface is burning hot! You can only hold it with 1 hand so try not to fill it completely.
It was advertised as "QUIET" but there was no difference between a cheap quality one in terms of decibel. There was a plastic mechanism inside that was supposed to make it quiet but it is useless and probably just adds microplastic to your drink.
