[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! Absolutely love this doorbell! Was so easy to install and the quality of the picture/video is superb. A family member has a different make of video doorbell and although it's slightly different the Arlo one is definitely better quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed with this in the fact that I have the top Sky package of regular WiFi (not cable) and this just doesn’t work!

Before mounting you test the bell for positioning.

I literally was stood behind the door whilst my partner was outside so only a small porch separating us and it would pick up the ringing of the bell but then the camera wouldn’t work, he was speaking to me and couldn’t hear me speaking to him and when I tried to send him a pre programmed message it was delayed by over a minute and was continually breaking up.

It could be that if you have another WiFi maybe cable style it would work better but I found it to be a waste of time and I’m glad we didn’t start drilling the wall. It’s staying in the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking the Arlo Doorbell and chime out of the box it was really easy to get set up and fitted. Everything was in the box that I needed. Even down to the mounting screw's.

Took 2 mins to download the Arlo app and set up the the doorbell and then another couple of mins to add the chime. I was quite surprised how loud the chime is (I could hear it even in the garden)

The app has lots of customisation for notifying you if it detects people, cars and animals.

The field of view is fantastic as it is wide and is very clear

Overall very impressed and will be looking into the Arlo security cameras too

if you want it to record and save footage you have to pay for a subscription.

Rings your phone automatically when someone presses the bell and it also sends notifications if anyone approaches but doesn't ring the bell .

Don't buy it if you don't want to pay extra for the subscription

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! It's my first doorbell cam and I have to say the quality and speed of notifications is brilliant. Totally easy to set up too. There is a slight lag on sound when speaking to someone remotely which is to be expected but not something that's a real negative. Would recommend

It was very easy to set up , less than 30 min and both me and my husband were able to see what’s happening outside of our house. The camera is super clear , you can really see very clearly and added bonus you can zoom in. The sound is very clear and you can have a conversation through it or you can send an automated reply. When we were testing the doorbell I pressed the “activate siren “ and it was so loud that my neighbours came out to see what’s happening . The chime is quite loud but in case you didn’t hear, your phone will ring as well. Overall I’m super super happy with this product and it really makes me feel safe .

It’s been up and running now for a week and we are very pleased.

Instructions were vague that were included with the kit, however it did say download app and follow those instructions and these were clear and concise. No issues following the instructions.

The box came with the mounting kit, we used the side angled one due to the positioning of our door.

It has a wide and clear viewing angle and has not failed us once.

The chime took a few times to get set up using the QR code but we got these in the end.

Overall this doorbell is excellent value, provides us with added security and piece of mind.

Pros: Sleek design, night vision, motion detection, notifications for people, packages, a good deterrent.

Cons: Quite difficult to set up (took about couple of hours), not easy to add friend or family (I gave up adding my husband in the end: but I assume there could be another way to do this if you spend a lot more time), did not like any of the ring/ chime tones (but this is just a personal preference), you need to have the chime2 otherwise it is very difficult to hear the doorbell, so many alerts and videos!

I gave it a 4 star as it is not user friendly but other people might be more successful in setting Arlo up according to their preferences. For me I think I'll only use it at night and if I am not going to be home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very sceptical about how good the camera would be on a doorbell but a friend of ours had one fitted and I was amazed at how clear the images were so I had to get one too. The Arlo doorbell not only shows you who is at the door but also allows you to have a conversation. This is invaluable as we have teenage daughters who have parcels turning up almost every day so we can converse with the delivery man if we are out and about and tell him where to store the parcels for safe keeping.

It's also very good at keeping an eye on who is coming and going from the house, obviously its good for monitoring suspicious behaviour but it's also great for seeing what time your teens actually get home!

I also love that you can have a library of the days and nights movements and we were delighted to see a badger repeatedly returning to our front door in the small hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing to mention is that this was easy to install with clear, easy to follow instructions. Have downloaded the app onto both the tablet and phone (Android) with no issues. Was easy to connect the chime to the bell, only downside is it automatically calls your phone at the same time so can be difficult to hear the chime over the phone. The camera itself is activated easily and quickly lets you know that motion has been detected. The image displayed is clear enough to identify people so is good for security. Audio is a bit patchy with a slight delay if trying to talk through the bell but not a massive issue. Overall really happy and feels a lot safer to now know that I will be alerted should anyone stop by - also worth noting that the siren you can sound is very loud and a good deterrent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doorbell is simply fantastic. I previously had the ring doorbell but the quality of this one is loads better and cheaper. The camera is better and has a lot more smart features than the ring doorbell. It’s also so easy to setup using the up tool minutes to do and works well. The only downside is to access all the smart features is to have a subscription but the monthly amount is minimal so I would definitely recommend.

It was very simple to set up using the Arlo app and connects easily via your own wi-fi. The HD camera and video is great quality and night vision is also really clear. It also has a motion sensor which is really handy. The doorbell itself is easy to set up and install and it gives me peace of mind that I can now see all my deliveries and who has visited my house via the app on my phone. The battery is easy to remove and can be recharged using the cable provided. A really great system which I’m sure will be so useful over the coming weeks!

Set up with ease downloaded the app and charged the battery for approx two hours and followed the instructions on the app and was ready to go .

I have recently contracted Covid so couldn't leave my home and this video doorbell meant I didn't have to worry as

I could chat with the delivery drivers with ease through the doorbell and see who was at my door the picture is very clear and the audio is crisp .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really pleased with this Doorbell and Chime Bundle - tried a couple of cheap alternatives in the past and this blows them out of the water. It is stylish, really easy to install and use and the quality is first class. It is a great example of getting what you pay for - try and avoid cheap imports and buy quality instead. I highly recommend and am thrilled with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so my video door bell came today nice box, opened it all up and read the instructions, put the battery on charge whilst I attached the bracket out side, screws and raw plugs in box, put the battery in the video unit and them plugged the bell part in, attached all to Wi-Fi and then off I go, picks up motions really quick, definitely recommend
