I had high hopes for this cushion to help my hip pain. Unfortunately it's quite too hard and high (thick), from the first try I could tell it wasn't suitable. Plus there were no instructions on how to return it anywhere in my order email or invoice. Just a waste, it's brand new sitting in the box now unused. But I must say as a product it is well made, high quality, and the price is good, except for the high delivery price.
