[Tämä arvostelu kerättiin osana kampanjaa.] Nyt jo viikko kokeiltu ja tiettyjä ongelmia ilmennyt.

Esimerkiksi jos nettijakaminen on hiukan haasteellista isossa talossa.

Vaatii vahvistimen sillä kantama ei meinaa riittää.

Välillä pätkii ja takkuaa kun käynnistää suoratoistoa.

Nyt lähes kk käytettyäni mielipiteeni kyseiselle valvonta kameralle on että sopii mainiosti sisälle akun kesto hyvä sisällä. Ulkona akku kuluu noin viikossa toki ehkä hieno säästöillä saisi pidemmäksi. Meillä olisi vain enemmän käyttöä ulkoisiin alueisiin . Valvontakameran valo syttyy kun liikettä havaitaan,joten sitä ei voi pitää salassa . Akku latautuu suht nopeasti. Kuva laatu on ok .

Kameroiden ulkoinen laatu on mainio. Akku kesto vastaa lupauksia. Hahmon tunnistus on yllättävän hyvä, tunnistaa luotettavasti ihmisen jopa pyörän selässä, ohi ajavat autot jne. Kivasti voi asettaa esim hälytyksen jos ihminen liikkuu pihalla yöaikaan tai esim auto ajaa pihaan.

Helppo käyttöönotto ja käyttö, hyvä äppi, ei mitään Kiina-kuraa. Hintaa toki on mutta jos tällaiselle on tarvetta, varmasti hintansa väärti, jos on WiFi tarjolla.

Luin että ilman Arlon hubia kamerat toimivat suoraan omaan Wlaniin ei kyllä toiminut pitää käytännössä olla aivan tukiaseman vieressä jotta alkaa toimimaan muutoin erittäin epäluotettavaa toimintaa.Sitten ilmaisen 3 kk kokeilujakson jälkeen piti alkaa maksaa 10 euron kuukausimaksua, että saa videot pilveen. Muutoin näkee vain livenä. Ulkona kyllä tulee hyvää kuvaa kun toimivat 3mesta kamerasta yksi ei toiminut enkä saanut yhdistettyä sitä nettiin.

Todella hyvä kuvan, toimii WLAN yhteydessä hyvin ja helpot asentaa puhelimella.

Akku kestää loistavasti, pimeällä hyvä kun valo syttyy ja parantaa kuvan laatua. Jos haluaisi pitää kameran piilossa niin valo kyllä paljastaa kun sitä ei saa pois päältä ettei syty kun huomaa liikkeen.

Asentaminen lapsellisen helppoa ja kaiken sai 10 minuutissa toimimaan. Akku kestosta vielä vaikea sanoa mitään muutaman päivän käytön jälkeen, mutta toivottavasti kestävät enemmän kuin kuukauden. Kuvanlaatu vaikuttaa kelvolliselta ainakin jos vertaa edelliseen käyttämääni kiinalaiseen ratkaisuun. Iso miinus kilpailevaan mitä olen että tässä 3 kuukauden kokeilun jälkeen pitää maksaa kuukausimaksua mikäli haluaa pätkät tallentaa 30 päiväksi. Mikäli olisi hubillinen versio tätä ongelmaa ei olisi.

Ihan siis lyhyen käytön perusteella kelvolliset laite pienine ohjelmisto bugineen. Hinta on kyllä suolainen! Ulkokäyttöä en ole ehtinyt testaamaan.

What a pain. It's really a shame, because the idea is good, and it's simple enough to use (even if you have to pay a subscription after 3 months.

The quality of the product is really great and the camera quality also is amazing! I would highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase more to put around different places in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Arlo Pro 4 camera to use as an extra safety measure especially over Christmas. It was so easy to set up, literally open the box insert the battery and download the app. The app takes you through set up but it was honestly so easy anyone can do it. The camera Gives a good overview of the location it’s pointed at meaning fewer blind spots. I also like that it has a communication feature with whoever is on the other side of the camera.

Magnet seems really strong too so not worried about it falling off. There is a fee to be able to store the footage for a period of days so do bear that in mind. App easy to install and set up. Picture quality of the camera really good and surprising for the size of the camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Arlo Pro shines in many ways. The picture is good, battery life is great, and I accidentally dropped it from the first floor onto stone and it didn’t even skip a beat!

However, I find Arlo’s software to be considerably worse than Ring for example and I also think the position-ability of this Pro could be improved as a downward angle is only possible while wall mounting.

Still a good camera though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first remote camera we have had and we are pleasantly surprised by the quality and set up of the system. We have used this to monitor our garden and it has responded well by not being too sensitive to motion but has picked up movement. The speaker system is an added bonus so that sound is available to use. The one improvement that could be made is that the instructions were not the clearest, it is also interesting to note what will happen at the end of the 3 month service trial. Overall though would recommend for use in medium properties and great picture quality and interaction.

It's provided with a mounting bracket which can be fitted almost anywhere.

The camera then attaches to the bracket by a strong magnet. Which enables you to position the camera how you want it.

This is a 2k camera, full colour with night vision and an LED spotlight. In addition it has two way audio.

I found that the camera gave a very good clear view in colour and that the veiw was quite wide.

Tha camera has a rechargable battery which is charged via a usb cable at present I can't say how long the battery lasts.

This camera can be set to record people, vehicles or animals as an individual setting or all of them. You can watch live video from the camera and once you have installed the app on your smart phone it will notifie you of any camera activation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this camera ..the camera is very easy to install and set up it has some great features like the spot light and and the 2 way voice so you can talk to people such as the delivery man dropping parcel s when your not home ...I really like the zone detection on the camera you can basically highlight an activity zone on your premises thats the most important and it stops all unnecessary notifications from things like vehicles passing by or other pedestrians ...the battery life seems ok but not had it up long enough to judge but as of now seems good ..the magnetic mount is easy to install and has a powerful magnet so the camera sticks to it nice and firm ..so overall I'm happy with this camera and will be looking to add a couple more ..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is super easy to set up. You just download the app and follow the instructions. It took a few minutes to set up. When inserting the battery you need to push the camera back into the casing carefully, pushing the sides of the camera and not the middle. This is because the sides feel solid and the middle feels as if it will break if you push too hard.

The camera can be connected to smart devices such as Apple Watches or Google Home. It has a siren function that can be activated manually but the siren is not very loud. You can also save friends numbers to call in an emergency such as when the siren is going off. There is also a feature that you can enable to alert you when a fire alarm/ carbon monoxide alarm is going off although I’m unclear how this works.

Video quality is good and the angle recorded is quite wide. The camera has a spotlight so you can get ‘colour nightvision’ as well as black and white night vision.

Charging is easy and the battery lasts for months.

The camera is wire-free and weather resistant so can be placed outside in all weathers. The magnet that holds the camera is strong but I would be concerned that someone would be able to just pull the camera off the magnet and walk away with it. There is a hole in the back of the camera and I wonder whether a separate mount can be purchased so it can actually be screwed into a wall.

Notifications are immediate however the camera has a slight lag on it when watching in real time which is irritating. When watching live on my phone it is a few seconds out but when speaking to the camera through my phone the sound comes through on the camera in real time.

The sound quality is not great. When speaking to the camera, the sound emitted is quite low. There was also some feedback to my phone at times.

In order to use features such as cloud storage you need to subscribe to a plan.

Generally the camera quality and features are good however the lag and sound quality let it down.

When you unbox you see the well built and solid camera unit , a small but long life rechargeable battery snd a fantastic mounting bracket that once attached to whatever surface you wish , you can attach the camera to it via the super strong magnetic that's built into the mount . It's a fantastic idea to magnetise the camera and mount to allow easy adjustment and removable of the camera to charge the unit . The set up couldn't be easier with a simple download of the Arlo app you then scan the presented barcode infront of the camera to activate/register the device . The App is brilliant giving you easy access to all the different settings and preferences that you would want . You can activate ,deactivate the camera , you can change modes and set up notifications and motion sensitivity and also view the live stream as well as look in thr library which has stored all previous detections on the camera . It's a clever system that can quickly notify you whether it's a dog a person , a vehicle or even a parcel . In the event that you want to view the stream upon notification, you can use the 2 way audio system to allow you to interact with the person , be it a parcel delivery man you can instruct him quickly at the push of a button on screen.. Arlo pro 4 also has motion activated security light to help deter people from intruding . One of the best features is the subscription service which you get a 3 month trial with , that saves and backs up all of your data and videos easily for quick viewing . After the trial it offers many great priced offers and options to cater for your set up . The camera quality is absolutely fantastic and even at night you can clearly see all you would need to with colour night vision . I really feel alot more at ease now knowing how simple it was to set this kit up to help protect my home as well as my family but also its a great convenience to allow you to interact with visitors while you may be out of your home .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have recently moved into a new build and have been looking at getting a cctv doorbell. However so glad we didn't go for that brand. First of all it's very easy to install. My husband took around 5 minutes to attach it to the wall. We have render and I did panick about him blowing a hole in the wall but he did it perfectly. The attachments are great and it's very sturdy. I did panick when realising its attached by a magnetic but a week after it was fitted, we had a horrendous storm and my pro4 didn't move at all.

The picture quality is amazing. It zooms in when it sees a person, car or an animal and it follows the object until it disappears. Picture quality us perfect. It has night vision so you can actually see the person in the middle if the night.

I live the notification that it sends to your phone, telling you that it has picked up an object. It also records and stores the videos for 30 days. Please note, we signed up to the subscription for this which is cheaper than a coffee per month but is worth every penny.

Highly recommend it. Comes either a sticker aswell to put on your front door to notify people what is protecting your house.

Love the voice command action on it. So you can turn 8t on and speak to the person who's at your property, even when your not there.

I do feel though that camera should have a better secure fixing to the mounting as I feel if the camera is at low level, such as on a bungalow it can easily be removed.

This comes at present with a three month free subscription so activations are recorded to the Arlo cloud. After this free period you will need to take out the Arlo subscription for saving activations to cloud. There are verious levels of subscription which gives differant levels of storage and add ons.

There is no onbourd SD card storage so you will to subscribe to save recordings, in addition if your WiFi goes down then there is no other way to record footage.

So far I'm quite impressed with this.
