This machine recommends the usage of HE (High Efficiency) detergents which do NOT seem to be locally available in any stores such as verkkokaupa or tokmanni. This brand does not seem to be a fit for the Finnish market due to this as it does not recommend any alternatives. There is a product called "Tide" in the USA which offers "HE" detergents which produce less "suds/bubbles" and require smaller dosages per wash but I can not find any detergents or softeners with this designation in any Finnish stores in Helsinki. I tried searching online and I could not find any Finnish detergents which seem to fit the description of being a High Efficiency detergent for HE machines. I do not think this appliance belongs in the finnish market although it is cheap and gets the job done. The app seems necessary since the physical UI is so minimal and the app is very irritating to setup and will NOT complete installation unless you provide unnecessary data such as your date of birth, Location data, email, etc. If you do not have location data enabled on your mobile device the app will not complete. You must also have the partner machine physically unplugged (not just powered off) if this is the 2nd machine you are connecting to the app because the machine will create a temporary wifi access point in order to connect to it.
