The WiFi feature was broken on both the original and the replacement device. It does filter the air well, so if you don’t mind paying for a feature that doesn’t work, then sure, go for it.

As with large home appliances theirs always the concern of price, or will it work.

i have to say im absolutely blown away, not only did it arrive in amazing time (1day) its already up and running!!

we are a family of 4 with a fur baby, my husband IS allergic to our dog but we are doing everything to help!! which is why we have this item.

Already on the app we can see the amount of 'pollution' including pollen and pet dander, strange to say but you CAN feel in the air a change.

we put it on its 'loudest' setting and i can honestly say its the same as our Robovac.

Basically this is an amazing investment that looks like a large version of the cylinder alexia (i like its looks)

something like this is going to be big, it has a big job to do!! its pleasing to look like as as compact as can be, i dont want to lug it atound, i want it sat in my living room doing a good job, and TBH thats happening right now.

Evan my dog, a nervous saluki cross, is not bothered by it.

Give it a few months and ill likely be buying another smaller one for the dogs room!!

Apart from the fact it is opened via app, it is extremely sensitive to allergens, gas pollutants, and pollen.

New it was completely silent in sleep mode I couldn’t tell if it was on but after only 10 weeks it developed a strange hum or rattle and I now have to turn it off at night

Wish I could get a replacement as its so new but I think it’s too late and I’ll be forced to get it repaired after only 10 weeks!

It filters fine, but the app and WiFi connectivity are useless and frustrating. If you're OK without those, it's decent.

Overall good product. Useful app-based environmental features. Imho the scheduling setting is a little complicated and fine tuning of settings for the home environment could be more precise.

Easy to set up. Have a large zip up bag to transport to venue. Excellent how to use + care for brochure. Really impressed with real time info of air quality.

Bought to help reduce allergy reaction. Works very well in reducing the dust and allergens resulting in a lot less sneezing especially after sleeping. Used overnight, it is extremely quiet and I am not disturbed even though I am a very light sleeper. Great purchase.

Does what its supposed to do and is very good at it, also looks good in the room, doesn't look out of place, blends in with the decor.

I have never looked back since purchasing this air purifier. I suffer with pollen allergy and it is such a relief to be able to live life in my home without having to keep sneezing, having a runny nose, painful eyes and blocked sinuses! As a result my quality of life has improved massively.

The quality is amazing and worth every penny.

I was quite skeptical about the product when I bought but I have been absolutely shocked with the quality and features of this product! I’ve been using it for about a month now and I can really tell the difference in air quality within around 10 minutes of turning the purifier on. My partner suffers from hay fever and allergies and it has helped him sleep remarkably better. One of the better features of this product is being able to control it from the app, making it a lot easier to control and monitor the air quality as well as seeing the quality of the air right from your phone! I highly recommend this product.

Really love this air purifier it’s quiet and doesn’t disturb me in my sleep whilst alleviating my allergy symptoms.

If ur non nonsense and just want a powerful purifier then this is a good choice high quality strong and great packaging but if ur like me and value a product on overall performance with smart features then this product is basic. Cons : No remote -control.only has 3 speed options, auto mode,sleep mode, turbo mode is to loud for my liking u won’t be able to hear ur tv noise due to the fans also silent mode doesn’t suck sufficient air for me with no option to keep the screen on,it stays off at all time on this setting the most stressful thing was trying to connect the home care app with the Philips pure air 3000i device it took me 3 hours for the app to respond to the device as at the last step of connection it would not connect but fail it would give me a time lapse message all the time this made me return the product because for me it has to justify the price it should include a heat a cool air fan this would of made sense price wise but after giving up with the app I had to manually get up to use the basic screen this was so annoying for why they don’t provide a remote control for these kind of events baffle me .it’s a over sized capsule that focused to much on power and filter quality it’s a shame the company got the basics wrong

otherwise I would of kept it as I said it’s for a straight nonsense guy!! Pros : design is high quality , very powerful and does the job well silent mode is very quite so good when going to sleep.

This is an excellent product and works exactly as described. I have been using it for a week now and I noticed a difference in air quality within an hour of first using it. Although purchased in winter months and few pollen problems the difference it has made is surprising. I used some silver cleaning products on items which has a leaves a pungent aroma and switching the Purifier on it immediately detected the odour on the PM2.5 display and cleared it within 30 minutes. The App is very useful in being able to remotely operate it and set a timer and show history of readings. Though note it will only connect to a WiFi router on 2.5Ghz signal, not the 5Ghz.

You can set a schedule for when the air purifier turns on and off. However the air purifier turns on by itself even though it has not been scheduled to do so. I thought it is an isolated defect but it still happens after I had a replacement.

Bought the product as my second Phillips air purifier and while my previous Phillips AC3829 connect without any problem to my wifi network this did not. I followed all indications (2.4Ghz network, etc) but the AC3033 never paired. Called Phillips and changed it for a new one in case that one was broken, but the replacement never paired either. I have fully returned the product and request my money back.

It is shame that Phillips cannot get this done correctly.

This is my second review for this item. I acquired the Air Purifier in the Winter months. Now it’s a Spring and my allergies have kicked in as they always do at this time of year! I have a tickly cough, itchy eyes and a runny nose. I switched my Purifier on and within literally 10 minutes my symptoms have pretty much gone! Absolutely incredible!
