Good build quality and super easy assembly. The 10% tilt gives enough room for moving around or adjusting to position without loosing stability. The sitting area is big but a bit too firm maybe (but it makes you get up more often this way). No need to pay more for another model. This one works perfectly for active sitters. Oh, and I think the seat cover is replacable
