The audio quality might be considered good, if only it wasn't for the high level hiss that is constantly present. The hiss is very loud, to the point that I thought mine was faulty - but then I checked some other review on YT and discovered they all perform this way. The battery life is poor as well - expect 2-3 hours in constant use. The UI is very frustrating. On the RX they mixed the ON/OFF with the analogue/digital mode. And OFF is in the middle. This means it's very easy to push through the OFF when you're trying to power down. On/Off should have a dedicated switch. Finally, a minor thing - would be nice of the microphone clasp was also magnetic. Overall disappointed with the purchase and considering buying another mic to replace this one. This level of hiss in the audio is the deal breaker.

Käytin ennen Rode Wireless Go 2-mikrofonia, jossa ongelmana oli hidas käynnistys ja mikrofoni piti kytkeä piuhalla. Sen takia hankin tämän mikrofonin osana Sonyn ZV-1 kamerabundlea, ja oletin mikrofonin toimivan digitaalisella ulostulolla multi-interface salamakenkään kiinnitettynä. Tällöin ei tarvitse siis ollenkaan audiokaapelia mikrofonin kytkemiseen!

Mutta! Kävikin ilmi, ettei tämä mikrofoni toimi lainkaan ZV-1 kameran kanssa digitaalisella ulostulolla, vaan on käytettävä audiokaapelia. Hieman outoa, sillä Sonyn mainoskuvissa näkyy mikrofoni kiinnitettynä langattomasti samaiseen kameraan. Toinen miinus tulee siitä, että latausporttien suojat on hyvin vaikeaa saada irti ilman pitkiä kynsiä/jotain terävää.

Käynnistys on kuitenkin nopeaa, vetäiset vaan kytkimestä, joten ihan turha ostos tämä ei ollut. Laitoin myös lähettimeen kiinni Roden lavalier-nappimikin.
