Need to invest in soundbar or use subtitles. Seems to be incompatible with some Sky programmes, BBC programmes and movies. Even recent productions

Great TV, only downside is that the USB connection is not suitable for portable HDD. cannot read all the files, take a long time to register the few file it could read.

Easy to set up, great screen resolution and very responsive operating system, one downside is the you view feature which doesn’t have the supported features and it will be good if Sony supported this application as the main tv guide.

Other than the above it’s a very good tv.

Purchased in October 2021 and in August 2023 developed a horizontal line across the top.

Now Feb 2025 and I now have 3 lines..

TV always starts up on home screen and not last input as set in the settings..

Older Tvs were made better and too much Google is bad.

Like the tv but screen failed after 2 years With a white line across it tried all fixes suggested but did not resolve. Tv cost a lot of money and failed after such a short period of time! Plus when you buy any tv check out how long software is supported (5years max). Nothing is built to last these days we are advised to recycle but if a new product like this fails after a short period of time and becomes landfill what’s the point! Shame on you big companies!

I would have liked it to be an active 3D or have the Option

We've had the TV a while now and it's not missed a beat. Lots of built-in apps to use. The 4K picture is lovely too.

had this product for 2yrs now its ok but dffercult to use and finding it hard to find a replacement controller

I have the TV over a year and I love the quality of picture.

Promised myself I'd never ever buy another Bravia TV if it ran Android - unfortunately I did, and I REALLY wish I hadn't. Build & screen quality are the usual high Sony standard, but the Android operating system is simply not fit for purpose. It's laggy, unstable and unresponsive. The TV constantly has to be turned off at the mains - the Bravia Sync doesn't work properly, etc etc.

I had big problems with the motherboard, it was replaced, but there are still problems with the new one!!!

We bought this TV a few months ago and always knew with this being made by Sony, I wouldn’t be disappointed. It’s a beautiful looking TV and picture perfect.

Great picture, sound quality could be improved though.

Generally it is a good TV with good features. The downside is that even though its software is up-to-date and I have cleared the cash and done a reset, the TV still gets stuck on the YouView screen. We have found that if we load Netflix, then come out of that, it will kick it into life. I would not recommend the TV at this time. Hopefully at some point there will be an update that will fix it permanently

Really happy with this TV when it works. Google works great and the picture is sharp. There is an intermittent WIFI problem with this TV that seems common amongst users. Sometimes it won't connect which is a problem, but when it does connect it's great! Would be very happy to recommend if the WIFI problem is remedied.
