I am so happy with this x80j best purchase ever and I am happy with my purchase

Bought this tv back in 2021 and it has just been lying in storage. Switched it on today on 10-01-2026 and works like magic. No complaints. Great tv.

So pleased with my purchase of this TV, although funny enough just a few days ago my TV channels both satellite and digital stopped working. Checked it again the following day and everything was OK

First Sony tv I have bought and have to say after three and a half years of use it has been an exceptionally joy to watch. The picture and sound quality are excellent definitely no need for a soundbar. Sony now on for me.

I bought this 2 years ago. Since the beginning I had the problem with the CI card, once inserted. It gets into conflict with something (power supply ??!!) and the normal channel shows picture fragmentations and the HD channels cannot be viewed. I sent it back for repair, it came with improved quality but not 100% solved. So after another year, in time it got again worse and worse and I cannot use now the CI card at all. The support from Sony is non-existent, even I understood from CTV provider , it is a Sony Android TV issue. I called and write to Sony, answer was evazive and most ....update SW. which it is done automatically (set so on my TV).

This was my first Google TV and also my first Sony product. I have been very happy with the TV and the Google TV interface. The Apps available meet all of my needs and the continued support & updates have kept the TV up to date. The picture quality is faultless as well as the sound. The TV interaction with other Google devices work without any issues.

I bought it 3 years ago and it stopped working two weeks ago

I'm using cca.2 years ago. I'm satisfied, but not fully. In case of DV content the screen is dark although the light is on maximum and selected DV light mode. It could be more lighter.

Bought tv 10/2021 and been faultless. Very clear and bright image and viewable from wide angle without loss of contrast. Sound does lack some depth.

The best picture quality hands down for the money plus the backing of a 5 year warranty very pleased with my purchase

I have it for 3 years now and I am happy that I bought sony tv.

Remote control useless have had to replace it .Channel changing moot easy and always has subtitles.

Had this for a while now it keeps locking out the remote control so I have to unplug it loosing settings every time

I have had this Tv for a few years and it been great, great built in speakers and it has a variety of picture viewing options. The Picture is really clear and the Tv is really fluid and it does a fantastic job when compared to higher priced TVs. Really happy with so far.

the only thing I don't like is the built in browser but this something minor and you can download alternatives

It's a lovely TV with a great picture, however after it has done it's last update it not just turns itself off when you are watching (I'll call it normal TV) Digital TV.

Any streaming channels it's fine. I've done a reset and still the same. Very disappointed indeed.

I don't buy another Song now I'm afraid.

I bought this as soon as it came out. I can't install most apps due to restrictions. It won't even connect with Alexa! The image quality is great, there is no doubt about that. Classic Sony, but there is also a dreadful popping sound the first time I move the selection, like an output issue, but only the first time I move left or right in the menu....it was like this since day one. I thought the update would fix it, but it hasn't.... I LOVE Sony, but not this model... It has caused me way too much anxiety, and Sony in Pafos (Cyprus) was NO HELP at all!

My first Smart TV - well pleased. Easy to navigate the menus.

This is great TV, excellent picture quality and sound, worth the four star rating would have got 5 if it had 2 satellite inputs so that you could watch one channel and record another.

This is the second Sony bravia to I’ve had & only replaced the old version be as it was 14 years old they are a quality product
