Fabulous tv, so easy to set up that it set itself up!

Gorgeous picture and very straight forward to navigate.

Programme reminders took a while to work out, but now I have that perfected!!

The sound is fantastic. Picture quality is great. Happy.

Thought TVs in this century recorded programmes. It seems this model doesn't; my previous Sony did. (My fault, I should have asked.) Input keeps defaulting to Freeview (poor quality) instead of my digi box (good quality). Not a problem to keep correcting it, but irritating every time I change channels. Online manual describes how to create a favourites channel list, but not how to access it. Sony help desk not much help. As TVs go, Sony does the job - good picture; remote works well; etc.

A replacement for an old Grundig in the den/office/ music room/retreat. Fine clear picture and sound with access to all required channels and no SCART cables! Miss the old integrated dvd player but time and technology wait for no man?

I had this previously but knocked it off the table (Don’t ask) and damaged screen. I was more than happy to purchase same model again

Easy set up for a technophobe!! Picture quality very good.

Brought , & got TV delivery man to set it up for us. Looked easy for him to do. Great as we can get the channels on freeview we wanted . Easy to put subtitles on and change channels . Only need a small TV was recommended this by shop. Cannot record on this TV or watch DVD !!!! Did not know. Big disappointment but still good TV

I bought my television recently and am very pleased with it. The experience of securing a guarantee for it was dreadful! I had to go back to the shop and get them to help me. I choose not to live my life through the internet, like a lot of people I know, and resent having to waste my precious time going through the rigmarole of passwords (I never use passwords) and giving my life history. Years ago we would send in a pre-paid postcard to confirm we wanted a guarantee. Make life easier for your customers, not harder.

It's a nice little TV, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am not that pleased with the TV as it keeps saying it needs to be reset. The TV engineer set it up for me. It continually says certain channels are not available when they have been previously. The TV engineer says it has to be permanently on stand by. I do not trust it not to catch fire so I have to switch it off and unplug it every time I leave the house. I cannot use the smart part of it as I have no internet or broadband to my house. The last Sony TV only lasted 5 years and I am not impressed with that. They should last much longer and be repairable as this throw away attitude is bad for the environment.

What can I say, easy to set up, easy to use, great picture quality, what more do you need?

Purchased 4th December 2025 and its lovely. Can watch and catch up on all my favourite programmes.

purchased as an update from our old tv - we now have all the benefits of a smart set

The previous model came with its faults & only lasted 5 years. After purchasing a newer model, I can report than set up was much simpler, the colour/picture is superb & hands set is much clearer. All round I'm very happy & would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Sony x

TV OK However, despite prolonged efforts I am unable to obtain the 5 year warranty. Numerous details sent but they always want more. In the end I had to give up.

Had TV a week very clear picture really happy with purchase.

I upgraded from a 21year old TV with a slightly larger screen. The picture quality is excellent, but I am very disappointed with the sound quality. I would advise anyone considering purchase to listen before buying. I am now having to consider buying a sound bar just to hear the spoken word clearly. I am not a music buff so not expecting that type of clarity , but do expect to be able to follow plays, films, documentaries. Sadly this is not the case.

I am happy with the television set except the instructions are hard to follow!

we wanted a basic television but we find this is very complecated with having to register itvx for example if we didnt know somebody who could help us we would be stuck

I needed to.update my old TV and was recommended this by my local dealership. Am very pleased with it.
