Slow response to remote control. OK but wouldn't buy another.

I bought this product about 10 days ago and whilst I am very happy with the picture I am extremely disappointed with the sound reproduction it is very muffled and we are constantly having to turn it up to hear what he's been said this is a very very very bad sign for this kind of product can you please sort this out out or give me some advice as to how this can be improved because at the moment it is simply unacceptable

Decent tv for the price. Bit slow to come on, picture not as crisp as I’d like but ok. Easy to assemble and fairly easy to set up.

it is a good product but the controls are difficult to use at times and the instruction manual is difficult to understand or read.

Great picture quality - shame about the sound which has an irritating habit of cutting out when watching a program. Constantly having to retune the set. This is my first "smart" tv - thinking of go back to my old analouge set as more reliable!

I bought this set 17 days ago and it has been impossible to keep the digital freeview channels installed. This is very frustrating but when it is working I am very happy with the sound and picture quality. The remote has tiny buttons which we don't find user friendly, but above all unstable software is the main problem. We may

request a replacement to prove that this is a faulty set.

Well made and great value for your money. Works well. But maybe time to update menu and operating system.

I bought this TV and it surpassed my expectations.

This TV is okay, but I am disappointed Apple TV app is not available. Okay as a second TV, but avoid as a main TV.

Having said above, quality of picture excellent as is sound. But my concern is it will become outdated too quickly.

Can you not update operating system, Sony?

The good stuff - picture is good, availability of apps is good, performance of tv/apps is good. Setup guides you through nicely, the Android interface parts work well. Simple process for signing in to your favourite streaming apps etc.

The bad stuff - I deducted two full stars because the USB HDD Schedule recording feature is so bad it shouldn't exist. The EPG is right there, you would be on it to set a recording up, but then you have to MANUALLY PROGRAM ALL OF THE SCHEDULE DETAILS YOU WANT TO RECORD - like a video recorder from 30 years ago. All of the information you need is in the EPG, but no, you cannot select it and pass that information through to the Scheduler, you have to remember it all. My opinion, this feature is so bad it should be withdrawn, and not mentioned in any marketing.

To be clear, this is software, it is entirely in the hands of the manufacturer to provide, they can even put it in an update, but it is not there, and no plans to include it.

good sound and clear picture easy to manage good size screen

I bought this TV about a month ago and have been very happy with it's overall performance. The picture quality and colour are both excellent.
