This model replaces an earlier Bravia model which I had for years but ultimately failed.

The new model makes me realise how my I prefer the old model as it had features which are no longer available, plus the TV does not operate the way the help pages or manual describe. I tried creating a favourite list but the options described in the manual are absent.

I wish I still had the earlier Bravia model which I strongly prefer

Replaced our existing 32” tv. Pleased with it with the exception that we can not get BBC text. If we had known we would not have bought a Sony.

I have a Sony Bravia 43" TV also which I have been pleased with. This smaller model is for use in the conservatory

I bought this a week ago and I am happy with it so far. It is easier to use than the TV I had before.

It's only a few weeks old and it loses the HDMI handshake with my also new Freeview recorder. It also doesn't always handshake with my soundbar.

We've had this Sony tv approximately one month and we've been very pleased with our purchase. Picture and sound quality is fantastic on this 32" version. We've not used all the features yet.

The picture quality is great, connectivity is very good, ie 3 HDMI sockets, sadly no scart. The main selling point for us was that it had an on off switch.

I purchased this TV, plus a sound bar, TV stand, and table for the entire suite. The TV is very good although I cannot get rid of the margins top and bottom on the TV when playing films ect. The Aspect control through the picture menu is rubbish and there is little help from Sony who I contacted. Seems we have to live with it which is disappointing. The all round sound is very good.

This TV has a good picture and acceptable sound. On the other hand it has been troublesome to set up apps and seems to drop the Internet connection frequently. It has had to be factory reset once to get the apps working again and is now connected to the router with an Ethernet cable in an attempt to reduce Internet dropouts. The previously used, very cheap, Roku plug-in had non of these problems. Both receivers were a few centimetres from the wireless router. The Android operating system seems sluggish compared to the Roku.

Bought to replace a 14 yr old 32" Sony Bravia. Excellent picture and sound. Less black surround from the body of the TV so more modern.

Like being able to connect TV to the Internet- unlike old one.

I bought the Sony tv on recommendation as my brother always has Sony. I had a nearly new Samsung tv but I have found all the cheaper Samsung tvs suffer with pixel movement in the dark areas and artificial looking colours. The Sony is miles better and the construction of the cabinet much bette too. . The feet on the Sony fit much better than the Samsung whose feet have to be tightened so much you think you are going to break off the screw heads. Sony good quality all round. And I have heard from tech friends that the Siny sets last much longer than the budget ones as the components dont fail so quickly and are made to last!

I Purchased this TV and am delighted with the picture quality.

A disappointed. Had to use two remote controls to switch on and quite slow. Difficult to see whether the TV is on or off tiny white light at the bottom which you can hardly see.

Purchased only yesterday very happy with product and quality

When I bought the product from a retailer, I was told that I could jump between channels. However, after setting up the product, everything else was as good as I had expected, but I couldn't jump between channels. Looking up on YouTube, it was shown that it could, but when asking the company it said it couldn't which was very disappointing.

I bought it to replace a 13 year old Bravia, the image is better but the Bravia was more user friendly.

It's OK, a bit slow in responding to commands from the remote and I'm not enamoured with all the Google nonsense.

Wish I'd gone for the LG set instead.

Only a couple of weeks with this product but so far very happy. Picture is very clear and we are gradually coming to terms with all the features and understanding the remote control buttons. Grandchildren are a great help with this.
